The Gambia at the Olympics

Template:Infobox Olympics Gambia The Gambia has sent athletes to every Summer Olympic Games held since 1984, although the country has never won an Olympic medal. No athletes from the Gambia have competed in any Winter Olympic Games.

Paralympics
The Gambia has an active National Paralympic Committee,[1][2][3] but has yet to participate in the Paralympic Games.[4] The country is expected to take part in the 2012 Summer Paralympics in London, and plans to use York and Bedford as the main UK training bases for competing paralympians.[5][6][7]
