Hi. Welcome to my Wikipedia User page User:Jeff G. and Season's Greetings! I am Jeff G. I became a Wikipedia Editor on 21 December 2006 and edited as JeffGent until 31 May 2007. My Talk page is here. My Contributions are here. My recent activity on en:Wikipedia is here and there. My recent activity on all Wikimedia projects is here, there, and yonder. I was granted rollbacker rights (access to the rollback feature) via WP:RfR on 10 January 2008.[1][2][3] I was the subject of a Wikipedia article (sadly, an attack page) for about two minutes.[4]I share IP Addresses with many other people, some of whom definitely use Wikipedia and may edit it, so please, ask first before making sockpuppet accusations on the basis of a checkuser result.[5]
I support SpamCop, but I have certain disagreements with SpamCop's pedantic nature and its unwillingness to support postmaster and abuse mailboxes. I also support RFC-Ignorant.Org, The Spamhaus Project, and the Network Abuse Clearinghouse. I believe in the philosophy 'my mailboxes, my mailserver, my hardware, my network, my rules.' I also believe that no individual or organization should be providing services and access to spammers (except possibly wardens and corrections officers), including such services and access as route announcement, routing, PPP, SLIP, Ethernet, IP, TCP, Registration, DNS, SMTP, POP, IMAP, UUCP, HTTP, HTTPS, and webmail.
My original Wikipedia Signature was "Jeff G." My new one is " — <span style="font-size:115%;background-color:lightyellow">[[User:Jeff G.|Jeff]] [[User:Jeff G./talk|G. ツ]]</span>", and here is a test of that: — JeffG. ツ 15:47, 18 August 2017 (UTC)

Thanks for sharing some WikiLove. You really didn't need to give anyone recognition but you did. Thank you for the barnstar. The Barnstar of Good Humor is awarded to users who consistently lighten the mood, defuse conflicts, and make Wikipedia a better place to be.Michaelzeng7 (talk) 00:19, 24 November 2012 (UTC)[18]
On August 11, 2009, Did you know? was updated with a fact from the article Capital punishment in Mexico, which you created or substantially expanded. You are welcome to check how many hits your article got while on the front page (here's how) and add it to DYKSTATS if it got over 5,000. If you know of another interesting fact from a recently created article, then please suggest it on the Did you know? talk page.
