Your contributed article, Toyo baby (Olayade Juliana)

Hello, I noticed that you recently created a new page, Toyo baby (Olayade Juliana). First, thank you for your contribution; Wikipedia relies solely on the efforts of volunteers such as you. Unfortunately, the page you created covers a topic on which we already have a page – Toyo baby (Olayode Juliana). Because of the duplication, your article has been tagged for speedy deletion. Please note that this is not a comment on you personally and we hope you will continue helping to improve Wikipedia. If the topic of the article you created is one that interests you, then perhaps you would like to help out at Toyo baby (Olayode Juliana). If you have new information to add, you might want to discuss it at the article's talk page.

If you think the article you created should remain separate, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Additionally if you would like to have someone review articles you create before they go live so they are not nominated for deletion shortly after you post them, allow me to suggest the article creation process and using our search feature to find related information we already have in the encyclopedia. Try not to be discouraged. Wikipedia looks forward to your future contributions. Wgolf (talk) 00:42, 6 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

The article Olanrewaju Christopher Olusola has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non notable seems to have not written in the neutral point of view.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. A tag has been placed on Dr. Dolor requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from http://www.drdolor.com/aboutdrdolor/. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". Osadolor Nate Asemota moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, Osadolor Nate Asemota, does not have enough reliable sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your page to draft space (with a prefix of Draft: before the article title) where you can work on it with minimal disruption. When you feel that it meets our notability and neutrality requirements, and is thus ready for mainspace, please submit it using the Articles for Creation template on the page. Some suggestions

[edit]

Hi Amosflash. Thanks for responding about my concern that you might have a conflict of interest. As you see, I've removed the notice.

I hope you don't mind if I share some of my thoughts on starting out as a new editor on Wikipedia: If I could get editors in your situation to follow just one piece of advice, it would be this: Learn Wikipedia by working only on non-contentious topics until you have a feel for the normal editing process and the policies that usually come up when editing casually. You'll find editing to be fun, easy, and rewarding. The rare disputes are resolved quickly and easily.

Working on biographical information about living persons is far more difficult. Wikipedia's Biographies of living persons policy requires strict adherence to multiple content policies, and applies to all information about living persons including talk pages.

If you have a relationship with the topics you want to edit, then you will need to review Wikipedia's Conflict of interest policy, which may require you to disclose your relationship and restrict your editing depending upon how you are affiliated with the subject matter.

Some topic areas within Wikipedia have special editing restrictions that apply to all editors. It's best to avoid these topics until you are extremely familiar with all relevant policies and guidelines.

I hope you find some useful information in all this, and welcome again. --Ronz (talk) 01:22, 13 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Adding of content

I understand most of the policy and guidelines in editing biography of a living person as I adhere strictly on the rules, improving my pages is a continous process, which I add content based on authentic sources with high reputation and relevance, please you can as well help on adding content on this page. THANKS Amosflash (talk) 09:47, 13 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Undisclosed Paid Editing

[edit]
Information icon

Hello Amosflash. The nature of your edits, such as the one you made to Ashmusy, gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially egregious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat SEO.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Amosflash. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Amosflash|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. Celestina007 (talk) 15:23, 14 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hello! I want to clearly explain to you that since I started editing here from 2017, i always specialized in creating Entertainment page, my aim and niche as an editor centred on Nigeria Entertainment, I am in the Nigeria Entertainment scene for about years now, clearly a decade, I create page out of what I see in the community and felt it should be as someone in the entertainment phase, I have not edited any article that is not Nigeria Entertainment related, the subject here in Nigeria, on Instagram is well known as an internet celebrity, I am in no way related or rather publishing it in return of anything, I dont know if it could coincidentally be misunderstood but all I want to let you understand is that I have read about conflict of interest and understand it very well, if I'm paid I will definitely state it before anything else. Thank you Amosflash (talk) 16:54, 14 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Amosflash, just so you know I have off wiki evidence of you disturbing celebrities every now & again, I won’t be reporting you for now but if you continue down this path i’d have no other choice but to report you. Per WP:BEANS I won’t be stating how I got the evidence and per WP:OUTING, I won’t say more than this. Celestina007 (talk) 18:27, 14 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Please I'd love to see it, because someone might as well be impersonating. Thank you Amosflash (talk) 21:02, 14 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Amosflash, nope! Ain’t no one doing no impersonation. It’s you yourself badgering celebrities online! Furthermore removing your image as you did here doesn’t make a difference as I have long had all evidence I needed to make a case against you, don’t make me! & don’t drag this. Just stop creating articles for non notable people & if you could as well stop bothering celebrities on social media that wouldn’t be a bad idea as well. Also following what you said above Please I'd love to see it, thats WP:OUTING & a capital no no. Celestina007 (talk) 15:09, 15 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Inquiry

[edit]

I’m not accusing you of anything but I’d have to ask & I’d would appreciate your sincerity, in the YesJulz article you created were you in any way contacted to create the article by YesJulz? I don’t see any problems with the article but like I said, were you contacted directly or indirectly to create the page? Yes or no? Celestina007 (talk) 22:28, 5 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Nobody contact me for any thing, I create the page because I followed her story from a long time, even when she was backlash about her controversial tweet, I create pages that I think and I feel people can make use of it, I edit selflessly and happy about it, I have a job. Thank you Amosflash (talk) 02:19, 6 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Amosflash, sigh you still couldn’t answer a simple close ended question. Anyway I have reviewed the article. Celestina007 (talk) 04:06, 6 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Abazee Productions, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Wofai Fada moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, Wofai Fada, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Celestina007 (talk) 21:06, 24 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Wofai fada is not notable? Why? There are a lot of pages that are less and are reviewed, please I will need 3rd party on this, I'm reverting it...thank you Amosflash (talk) 22:15, 24 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@Amosflash, and I’m officially reporting you for UPE tomorrow with photo evidence I have endured your Bullshit long enough. Celestina007 (talk) 03:03, 25 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Thought we had an agreement?

[edit]

I thought I told you Wofai Fada wasn’t notable and painstaking explained to you how & why here? I moved the article to Draftspace & told you to submit via the AFC process but instead you moved it back to mainspace why if I may ask? You got a timeframe or something? Can’t wait for AFC 'sluggish process' I’d tell you point blank, cease & desist from undisclosed Paid editing, I have you on social media soliciting celebrities to create articles for them as opposed to just creating the articles for them without pestering them, I challenged you about this in the past but you smartly deleted all the tweets of you asking celebrities to create articles for them and even deleted your twitter account, if you think I don’t know what I’m saying, allow me tell you how you approach them, you say stuff like “Hi, my management would like to create a Wikipedia page for you” Look I’m not fucking around, I have screen shots of all the Bullshit you do off-wiki as you are clearly still engaging in covert UPE, they indeed may come in handy now. Keep Fucking around & you’d get hit with a block so fast your head would spin. Celestina007 (talk) 02:57, 25 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I need 3rd party to look into it, maybe you are used to rude conversation as partaking to your personal life, this is a wikipedia community, if you feel the need to address something, be polite with, I'm not paid to edit that page, agreement to what? Your assumption, that I needed more hands to share their thoughts, you're sounding harshly everytime like this is your personal platform, I contact you to check and not to say whatever you feel, this is my 4th year here and I'm into Entertainment niches, hence my love to create page related to my field, you can share an insights being civil. Amosflash (talk) 08:37, 25 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Well I guess a third party did look in to it & came to the same conclusion as I did. You called me rude, I’m not, what I am is pragmatic, we both know you didn’t create the article for Knowledge sake or whatever horse shit story you came up with. By the way I see what you did on Twitter. You may consider it a 'Smart move' but in actuality what you have succeeded in doing is getting me to scrutinize every single article you would be creating with a very large microscope. Celestina007 (talk) 17:35, 5 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
In hindsight, I’m sorry if what I said above sounded like grave-dancing, it wasn’t intentional. I’m against undisclosed paid editing because I feel it’s unfair to people who actually have dedicated decades to genuine editing & have not collected a single $1 for it, predominantly, my hatred for UPE is because i fear if not curtailed it would destroy the good reputation of Wikipedia. You could however earn from editing but please there is a due process for that, which is well detailed/outlined in WP:PAID. Answer this for me, theoretically speaking, let’s assume you were genuine and only creating a biographical article for her for the sake of knowledge, in your opinion what notability criterion(SNG) or criteria do you think she satisfies that would warrant a Wikipedia biographical article on her? Don’t answer if you don’t feel like it, I would totally understand. Celestina007 (talk) 18:57, 5 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Sincerely I feel wofai fada is notable, she may lack independent coverage but offline I think she's notable, there are many actresses that she's more popular than but they are on wikipedia, I dont even known her, never had encountered with her, but was enticed by some of her role in the movie industry,I learnt about disclosed paid editing 3 years ago, after my 1 year of editing, I'm into Entertainment and edit around the sphere, but honestly most of my edits, are not paid, I have a good job, I edit because of the love, I understand that you're protecting the wikipedia community, yes I do, I never had issues with that, I only had issues with your choice of words, which I considered too harsh regardless. That lady is notable offline, 70 percent of Nigerians knows her in movie. Amosflash (talk) 15:39, 9 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Moelogo, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Celia. Message to you

[edit]

I have left a message to you on my talk page User talk:Werldwayd in response. One look at your page and my heart sank on how many Nigerian and African artists are deleted. So sad. werldwayd (talk) 21:20, 7 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@Werldwayd, Hello, I’m Nigerian & please there isn’t any need for your heart to sink, non notable biographical articles on musicians failing to meet WP:MUSICBIO are invariably deleted from mainspace as the standard is set at that irrespective of geographical location, even worse, coupled with what smells like UPE, the hypothetical article stands no chance to be retained on mainspace. I appreciate your concerns, but if you are troubled, or are of the opinion that there aren’t enough articles on Nigerian artists then this right here should quickly dispel that idea. Biographical articles on Nigerian musicians are well represented on Wikipedia, that is, the ones that are truly notable. Once again thank you for your concerns.
