Contribution for Wiki Article on spiritual Guide
[edit]Hi, I have read various articles you have contributed in wikipedia. Since I am new user to wikipedia wanted someone to help or contribute my article. If you are willing, please let me know, I shall send you my article. I am ready with my article along with the image. I have been available with the confirmed references and source and once with your favour I shall provide with complete response.
Looking forward for a favorable response. Appreciating your help in advance. 11:10, 3 August 2013 (UTC)Girijakapoor
- Thx for writing. I found that you have attempted writing the article in your sandbox. This is good. Please read thru the wiki policies before you submit the article for creation(a feature available on the sandbox page). Wikipedia is a reputed encyclopedia and is not a platform for promotion. This requires that any sentence or claim in any article be substantiated with credible secondary sources at the least. My presence on wikipedia is sporadic and would urge you to approach more experienced users/admins to guide you further.

Kriya Yoga page
[edit]In regards to the Kriya Yoga page there is a new editor that has a limited viewpoint who doesn't like my edits and as reverted them once again even though I provided a direct quote with a reference. He even changed the direct quote. I have repeatedly asked him to talk on the KY talk page - I just posted on the talk page. Can you give me a hand on that page? Ravi Shankar
[edit]Regarding this edit (or rather the edit-summary): The TOI article does refer to Ravi Shankar as Mahesh Yogi's disciple (which is not a controversial claim, as attested by several other sources already in the article). That said, I think removing the sentence was fine, since it was redundant and broke the flow of the paragraph. So this is just FYI. Cheers. Abecedare (talk) 02:08, 26 October 2013 (UTC)
- Hi! Thank you for pointing out. I realized now that the claim was well substantiated. I seem to have overlooked it somehow. That line got added to the section again so its all good. Traintogain (talk) 05:56, 28 November 2013 (UTC)

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
