University Park is an unincorporated community located in Orange County, Florida, east of Orlando. The community is named probably due to the location in relation to the University of Central Florida, which is located in the area. The community is served by 32816 and 32817 ZIP Codes. Located just east of Union Park, the community is easily reachable by SR-408, SR-434, and Colonial Drive.
