As a Filipino Wikipedian, I hope you are aware of the passage of Republic Act No. 10175, also known as the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012, which was signed into law by President Benigno Aquino III on September 12, 2012. Currently, there is a discussion on the Tambayan, the noticeboard for Philippines-related topics, about a proposed blackout of the English Wikipedia in the Philippines in order to protest the passage of RA 10175, similar to the blackout against SOPA and PIPA held earlier this year. I feel that your input on the subject will definitely help in the discussion.

Hello Alphonsewan. Recently I moved Sossy Problems back to Sosy Problems per a request at WP:RM/TR, here. I notice that you'd moved it the other way on October 25, per this edit. The editor who requested today's move is User:Howard the Duck. His argument was 'the current title is misspelled.' In fact, if you check the article at Sosy Problems you can see the official movie poster which *does* spell the name as Sosy Problems. Sorry, but I've declined your speedy. You are the creator of the article, but there have been other contributors to it. G7 applies only when one account has created the content, and other editors have only corrected typos or added tags or categories. There have been multiple accounts and IPs at work here. There are an estimated 30,000 different varieties of United States banknotes, yet only a fraction of these are represented on Wikimedia Commons in the form of 2D scans. Additionally, Colonial America, the Confederate States, the Republic of Texas, multiple states and territories, communities, and private companies have issued banknotes that are in the public domain today but are absent from Commons. In the months of November and December, WikiProject Numismatics will be running a cross-wiki upload-a-thon, the 2019 US Banknote Contest. The goal of the contest is to increase the number of US banknote images available to content creators on all Wikimedia projects. Participants will claim points for uploading and importing 2D scans of US banknotes, and at the end of the contest all will receive awards.
