Wikipedia:WikiProject Scouting/Templates

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Infoboxes are designed to present summary information about an article's subject, such that similar subjects have a uniform look and in a common format. Navboxes help readers browse through related articles. This index outlines Scouting-related templates.

Naming standards[edit]

Navigational templates
  • Scouting by country or region templates will be named "Scouting by country/region"
  • Scouting by organization templates will be named "Scoutorg name/abbreviation"

Images[edit]

Non-free images used in infoboxes should be directly related to the subject. The use of generic logos is not recommended and usually constitutes a purely decorative use.
