Players' religion

Hello Mr Ashraf, I see you have done a pretty good job in the list of Shia Muslims article, but my only consideration is the list of footballers that included to the article. I believe this was discussed before somewhere in Wikipedia, We shouldn’t subdivide the players based on their religion because if we do, we’ll have to make lists of every sect and religion in this world, imagine how many shia players from Iran will be in that list? or how many Christian Catholic players will be in the list of Catholic players? So in these cases the categories is the right choice instead of having useless articles about players with each sect or religion. but again, Categories of such thing failed in the past. Many categories deleted in the past couple of years because the majority thinks it’s useless and when the majority decide something that means they got consensus, and that means the certain deletion of the articles and categories. Any way sorry for my long message, Thanks for your understanding and good luck in your job... and Happy Eid. :) Mussav (talk) 17:20, 20 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of AHMAD AL BAHRANI, and it appears to be a substantial copy of http://www.4wallsgallery.org/bahrani_cv.asp. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details.

This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. File source problem with File:Hasan Mushaima.jpg

Thanks for uploading File:Hasan Mushaima.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 03:12, 18 November 2009 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Salavat (talk) 03:12, 18 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for uploading File:Hasan Mushaima.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their license and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. Salavat (talk) 03:12, 18 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You are risking a block at Bahrani people

You're being discussed at the Edit Warring Noticeboard. Please respond at WP:AN3#User:Ashrf1979 reported by User:Jeffro77 (Result: ) and promise to stop warring on this article. If not, you may be blocked. EdJohnston (talk) 06:28, 14 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I saw your comment at User talk:Jeffro77#Nebuchadnezzar II indicating that you may be able to find sources in Arabic, but not in English. This makes me wonder if you should be editing articles such as Bahrani people, which requires users to be able to access and understand English-language sources. I am wondering if you are in the right place. Possibly you would be better off working on the Arabic Wikipedia where you would have the language ability and the familiarity with sources that is required. Here on the English Wikipedia we also have 'gnomish' tasks to do which do not require so much ability in English. Let me know what you think. EdJohnston (talk) 04:42, 15 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Ashrf1979 , thank you for your response at my Talk page. Nabopolassar is generally considered to have been Chaldean, not Bahrani. Chaldea was north west of historical Bahrain. The area of Chaldea was later designated the 'Sea-lands' in the 2nd millennium AD, which was still considered distinct from Bahrain (e.g. see http://www.gracenotes.info/topics/Chaldea.html). Maybe there is less distinction between 'Chaldea' and 'Bahrain' in Arabic sources when discussing the region at the time of Nabopolassar, which may be the source of some confusion?--Jeffro77 (talk) 09:03, 15 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I can't find anything that says Chaldea and Bahrain were the same place. If you could supply the text of the source you have that says Nabopolassar/Nebuchadnezzar were Bahrani at the article's Talk page, even in Arabic (I can use Google to roughly translate), it would be helpful. Though it is preferred to have sources in English on the English Wikipedia, a foreign source is better than nothing. Perhaps other editors also have more information too, so it would be best to discuss this issue on the article's Talk page.--Jeffro77 (talk) 00:16, 16 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Bahrain towns and villages

I don't understand why you have changed the order of the towns and villages. What order are they in now?? Alphabetical order seems to make more sense. The list does not need to include all villages, and the statement "There are also other small villages." seems unnecessary.--Jeffro77 (talk) 00:19, 16 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

There is nothing in the article to indicate that they are in any particular order, so the current order doesn't seem very helpful, especially for those villages that have no article of their own. It just seems random. Most articles on geographical areas do not attempt to list every town or village; it may be better to leave out some of the smaller places that do not have their own article.--Jeffro77 (talk) 00:47, 16 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Your contributed article, Onthanusi Sultanate

Hello, I notice that you recently created a new page, Onthanusi Sultanate. First, thank you for your contribution; Wikipedia relies solely on the efforts of volunteers such as yourself. Unfortunately, the page you created covers a topic on which we already have a page - Kilwa Sultanate. Because of the duplication, your article has been tagged for speedy deletion. Please note that this is not a comment on you personally and we hope you will to continue helping improve Wikipedia. If the topic of the article you created is one that interests you, then perhaps you would like to help out at Kilwa Sultanate - you might like to discuss new information at the article's talk page.

If you think that the article you created should remain separate, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Additionally if you would like to have someone review articles you create before they go live so they are not nominated for deletion shortly after you post them, allow me to suggest the article creation process and using our search feature to find related information we already have in the encyclopedia. Try not to be discouraged. Wikipedia looks forward to your future contributions.  Glenfarclas  (talk) 09:19, 25 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

February 2010

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but you removed a speedy deletion tag from Onthanusi Sultanate, a page you have created yourself. If you do not believe the page should be deleted, you can place a {{hangon}} tag on the page, under the existing speedy deletion tag (please do not remove the speedy deletion tag), and make your case on the page's talk page. Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. Thank you. MuffledThud (talk) 09:25, 25 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I have nominated Ahmad Al Bahrani, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Ahmad Al Bahrani. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.

Please contact me if you're unsure why you received this message. JaGatalk 19:49, 28 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I have performed a web search with the contents of Banu 'Ammar, and it appears to include a substantial copy of http://www.imamreza.net/eng/imamreza.php?id=575. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details. A tag has been placed on Banu 'Ammar requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a clear copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.

If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag - if no such tag exists then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hangon tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Banu 'Ammar

You really need to spend some time studying the rules here before you try creating an article, especially one that large. You've copied text from other sites, violating copyright, the text is stated in florid terms ("a lighthouse of..."), which violates WP:NPOV, there is no translation of the sources you cite (we allow non-English sources but English-speaking editors need to verify the text per verifiability) and it is not clear that you are using reliable sources. Please read the five pillars of Wikipedia and start out by making more minor edits to existing articles, learning how the project works. Guy (Help!) 09:42, 30 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for File:Adham Khanjar.jpg

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Adham Khanjar.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. License tagging for File:Syrian tank hunters.jpg

Thanks for uploading File:Syrian tank hunters.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 20:07, 25 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. A group of us are trying to clear the backlog at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Articles_lacking_sources_from_October_2006. The page of the above name is one of the several thousand articles lacking Sources that were tagged in October 2006. Can you help in finding good Sources for the facts in the article? You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Iraq-Iran war. Users who edit disruptively or refuse to collaborate with others may be blocked if they continue. In particular the three-revert rule states that making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24-hour period is almost always grounds for an immediate block. If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the talk page to discuss controversial changes. Work towards wording and content that gains consensus among editors. If unsuccessful then do not edit war even if you believe you are right. Post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If edit warring continues, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Replaceable fair use File:Bahrani.jpg

Thanks for uploading File:Bahrani.jpg. I noticed the description page specifies that the media is being used under a claim of fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first non-free content criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed media could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information or which could be adequately covered with text alone. If you believe this media is not replaceable, please:

  1. Go to the media description page and edit it to add {{di-replaceable fair use disputed}}, without deleting the original replaceable fair use template.
  2. On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if uploaded before 13 July 2006), per our non-free content policy. Thanks for uploading File:Algwhre.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information.

To add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia. For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Hi. When you recently edited Syrian people, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Indo-European peoples (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). License information needed for File:Nazik Al-Malaika02.jpg

Hello, Ashrf1979!

It was really helpful of you to upload File:Nazik Al-Malaika02.jpg. However, in order to keep and use new images, they need to have a license.

If you can edit the description page and add the appropriate license, that would be great. If you're not sure how or need help, please ask at the media copyright questions page and we'll be happy to assist you.

Thanks again!Template:Z142 --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 15:08, 9 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

January 2012

Your recent editing history at Bahrani people shows that you are in danger of breaking the three-revert rule, or that you may have already broken it. An editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Breaking the three-revert rule often leads to a block.

If you wish to avoid being blocked, instead of reverting, please use the article's talk page to discuss the changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection. You may still be blocked for edit warring even if you do not exceed the technical limit of the three-revert rule if your behavior indicates that you intend to continue to revert repeatedly. Template:Iranian Arabs infobox and non-free images

On 24 January 2011, I removed two non-free files from this template, per terms of WP:NFCC #9. This policy forbids the use of non-free images on anything other than actual articles. This forbids their use on templates. I left a descriptive edit summary, and comments in the edit text to this effect. Despite this, you restored the violating images to the template. Please be aware that WP:NFCC #9 is policy, and this is absolutely, unequivocally a violation. Please do not continue to restore non-free content to templates. I have removed the images again. If you have questions, ask. Thank you, --Hammersoft (talk) 21:32, 30 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on File:Tareq Al-Farsani.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted images or text borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.  Ronhjones  (Talk) 02:25, 5 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

File permission problem with File:Tariq Jaafar Al-Farsani World Bodybuilding Championships.jpg

Thanks for uploading File:Tariq Jaafar Al-Farsani World Bodybuilding Championships.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file agreed to license it under the given license.

If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

  • make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
  • Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.

If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. You may wish to read the Wikipedia's image use policy. Let's discuss who should be on the list of Iraqis at the Iraqis infobox

The list you support is very long and has almost no Iraqi women on the list. I simplified it down to include one or two major examples of every profession, occupation, or talent, and sought to equalize the ethnic diversity of Iraqi people shown on the list and to include a significant number of prominent Iraqi women. You have removed this without reason. I am welcome to discuss the changes with you. The article needs a short, concise infobox that shows prominent Iraqis from both genders, from a wide variety of professions, and from the multiple ethnicities of Iraq. Let's discuss who should be included on the list.--R-41 (talk) 15:25, 11 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Very well, those women can be included on the list. I am not familiar with all of them - be sure that a substantial number of them are contemporary - i.e. 20th to 21st century women - especially when the official state of Iraq came into being. Also if possible, if the list could be split with half of the list being men and half of the list being women, this would be preferable.--R-41 (talk) 17:44, 11 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

baharna are arab not chaldean

i told you READ the gerrha article, strabo retracted his statement

As Gerrha is located in the Arabian Peninsula, there's no doubt that the city's inhabitants were Arab. All scholars, except Strabo, who described the inhabitants as "Chaldean exiles from Babylon", he later retracted his statement when he said "Because of their trade, the Gerrhans became the richest of the Arabs" , agree that the inhabitants were indeed Arab. Also, petroglyphs were found in Greece and were found out to be sent by a man from Gerrha called Taym Al Lat, which is undoubtedly an Arab name.

Hi Ashraf. I don't see the logic of categorizing related groups by language, since language affinity accounts for only a portion of overall relation. By language, Iraqis are related to Moroccans, Algerians, Maltese, Sudanese, and even Ethiopians, but by culture, genetics, history, and geography, there is little relation to these groups. Iraqis are far closer related to neighbouring peoples who speak unrelated languages, such as Iranians, Anatolians, and Caucasians. Therefore I don't think it's a good idea to emphasize linguistic affinities in the related groups; as it isn't particularly relevant, at least not in my view. Bahrani people

dude, i couldn't understand a word that you said

so what if 3 bahrani families ruled babylon ... doesn't make them chaldean they are originally arab but becamr rulers of babylon

so what if chaldeans called bahrain the land of sea? still doesn't make them chaldean

they spoke akkadian ... so what??? history shows us that they spoke it only when trading ... others tines they would speak hasaitic

+ the bahrani dialect also has words from hindi and english ... does that automatically make them english?

plus u said that christian monks spoke chaldean in bahrain while the arabic u posted said its in south qatar

فأقام فيه ثمة مدة يقضي الصلوات مع الرهبان بالكلدانية. yeah the baharna were arab not chaldean

all the sources u put proved you wrong looool

plus the baharna were not phoenicians

the phoenicians are descended from the baharna

this says that the phoenicians were originally from tylos (bahrain) not vice versa

The ancient Greeks speculated as to whether the Phoenicians were originally from Tylos. According to the 19th century German classicist, Arnold Heeren: “In the Greek geographers, for instance, we read of two islands, named Tyrus or Tylos, and Aradus, which boased that they were the mother country of the Phoenicians, and exhibited relics of Phoenician temples.”[9] The people of Tyre in particular have long maintained Persian Gulf origins, and the similarity in the words “Tylos” and “Tyre” has been commented upon.[10]

Herodotus's account (written c. 440 BC) refers to the Io and Europa myths. (History, I:1).

According to the Persians best informed in history, the Phoenicians began the quarrel. These people, who had formerly dwelt on the shores of the Erythraean Sea (The name "Erythraean Sea" was used as well to refer to some gulfs attached to the Indian Ocean, specifically, the Persian Gulf[11] ), having migrated to the Mediterranean and settled in the parts which they now inhabit, began at once, they say, to adventure on long voyages, freighting their vessels with the wares of Egypt and Assyria… —Herodotus Strabo, the Greek historian, geographer and philosopher mentioned that the Phoenicians came from the eastern part of the Arabia peninsula where they have similar gods, cemeteries and temples. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 89.148.47.48 (talk) 03:04, 21 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Bahrani people

Hello Ashrf1979,

as I have given rationales for my cutbacks in the article Bahrani people in the edit summaries, I cannot comprehend, that you revert these without explanations or addressing my concerns by providing reliable sources. I understand that you have contributed to this article significantly (probably most of it), but please know that there is no Wikipedia:Ownership of articles. In my view, you seem to just revert every change in the article without giving a reason or explanation, just because you don't agree. Please argue for your position on the talk page. Thank you. Your recent editing history at Bahrani people shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.

To avoid being blocked, instead of reverting please consider using the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection. --RJFF (talk) 18:11, 25 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I don't have a problem and I don't want to limit the history or the people of Bahrain. I want to limit the information on Wikipedia to statements that are verifiable with reliable sources in accordance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. And they are applicable for every article and valid for every user, including you! If there are reliable sources for your claims, please cite them. If you do not know how to cite sources or add references, you can use Wikipedia Help, or ask other users. I, personally, will readily and gladly assist you with improving any article. Just, you have to start to co-operate, instead of working against other users, and you have to make yourself familiar with Wikipedia's policies and comply with them instead of playing your own game. --RJFF (talk) 22:17, 15 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
What you do, is unacceptable! While I am ready to patiently discuss with you, explain Wikipedia's policies and guidelines to you and explain every single of my edits, you just revert them again and again, without any explanation! What you do is called edit warring and can lead to a block from Wikipedia for you. Stop it. You have been warned twice before. This is your last warning. --RJFF (talk) 22:21, 15 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

You have not provided any sources. If you would, I might accept them. Moreover this is the English Wikipedia, and English-language sources are preferable to foreign language sources, if in doubt. Anyway, the criteria of reliable sources are applicable to both English-language and Arabic sources. I am happy that you finally discuss, though. That is all right, if it is verifiable with reliable sources. See, I do not disagree with you out of ideological reasons, but because you have failed to present sources that actually support what you claim. Kind regards --RJFF (talk) 23:07, 15 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Please do read Wikipedia's guidelines and policies, especially Wikipedia:Verifiability, Wikipedia:Citing sources, and Wikipedia:No original research. Your method is called Original Research (OR) or Synthesis, which is both not wanted on Wikipedia. On Wikipedia you have to cite sources that exactly and literally support the statements and information which you want to include. If you don't understand these principles, you may ask me again, and I will try to explain them again, but you please have to accept them. You must understand, that what you do is not accepted on Wikipedia. Only if you understand and accept and practice the policies and guidelines of Wikipedia, you will be able to contribute in a constructive way. Re:Bahrani people

Hello Ashrf1979,

as I have already told you repeatedly, every statement and every piece of information on Wikipedia must be verifiable. It must be supported by reliable sources. If you want to include a particular statement or information, you have to cite your sources. If you don't, it will be considered original research. And original research may and will be deleted by any other user. If you want to participate in this project, you have to accept Wikipedia:Policies and guidelines. These are the rules of collaboration here. Please comply with them. If you want to spread your private theories, ignoring Wikipedia rules, I have to ask you to please do this on your personal website, on your blog or in web forums, but not here.

You argue that your statements are probable, or reasonable, or logic. But Wikipedia's core policy is neither probability, nor reasonability nor logic. You don't have to argue about the probability or reasonability or logic of your statements, you have to verify them!

You argue that "Hasaitic language ... was the first Arabic language of the population of Eastern Arabia" and you believe that the earlier population of eastern Arabia and Bahrani people are identic. But the conclusion: A. The historic population of eastern Arabia have spoken Hasaitic B. The historic population of eastern Arabia and Baharna are identic. So C. Bahrani people used to speak Hasaitic." is WP:SYNTHESIS which is also considered original research and is deprecated on Wikipedia. You need to find a source which literally states that "Bahrani people used to speak Hasaitic." Unless you provide this source, you cannot include this statement. --RJFF (talk) 12:37, 29 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. This message is being sent to inform you that there is currently a discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. Thank you. --RJFF (talk) 17:00, 29 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Edit warring again

--RJFF (talk) 14:19, 2 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Edit warring at Bahrani people

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 2 weeks for edit warring. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.

During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.

The complete report of this case is at WP:AN3#User:Ashrf1979 reported by User:RJFF (Result: Two weeks). EdJohnston (talk) 19:28, 3 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. In your recent article edits, you've added some links pointing to disambiguation pages. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Disruptive editing of Template:Bahranis infobox

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Template:Bahranis infobox. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been reverted or removed.

  • If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor then please discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page. Alternatively you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant notice boards.
  • If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, please seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.

Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive, until the dispute is resolved through consensus. Continuing to edit disruptively could result in loss of editing privileges. Removing [citation needed] tags without providing the required citation is disruptive. Please stop it. Thank you. --RJFF (talk) 17:17, 19 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Sudan People's Armed Forces

Hi Ashrf1979. In this edit, you appeared to add a number of armoured personnel carriers to the equipment list. However the equipment list is from the IISS, and the IISS Military Balance 2007 does not list these APCs. You will have to cite another source before including them. Formatting comments on Talk pages

Please take a few minutes and learn how to format your comments on my Talk Page. You have made a mess of it. I will fix them this time, but please be advised that I will delete improperly placed comments in the future. --Taivo (talk) 13:25, 7 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I will ask you one last time to format your comments properly and place them in the correct place in the discussion on my Talk Page. Do not simply slap them on the end in the middle of another discussion. --Taivo (talk) 19:21, 7 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

No personal attacks

Hi Ashrf1979,

please understand that personal attacks are not allowed in Wikipedia and the comment that you've made to 84.255.181.84 has been removed. Ilikecod (talk) 04:02, 19 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I also suspect that User:Shiaislam2010 is you. Ilikecod (talk) 04:06, 19 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Ugh, learn how to format your comments properly before posting them on my talk page, otherwise, they will be removed.

Calling that user "Your greatness" and "Our great historican" sarcastically isn't insulting him, eh?

Sorry if I look mad, I just got very mad because of your ignorance. User:Taivo told you how to format your comments, but because you ignored what he said, you made a mess out of my talk page. Ilikecod (talk) 11:10, 19 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

There is no justification for edit-warring. I have warned User:Ilikecod as well. Both of you are edit-warring. But you have already been blocked once for two weeks. You should have learned your lesson. Do you want to get blocked again? --RJFF (talk) 14:48, 23 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

It appears that you and user Ilikecod have been engaged in an edit war on the Persians in Bahrain page. Edit wars are unproductive and do not help resolve the issue.
