The article has been deleted because of a copyright issue. Unfortunately, various attempts to get the review to provide me with details, what was actually the issue, did not work. He did not respond. There I would like to get the draft and see, which parts I could delete to avoid the copyright infringement. The article is quite extensive, since a lot of people have been working on it and it would be a pity to loos all the work, because of one picture or sentence. Thank you so much for your help. Kind regards, -[[User:SirJamesHunt|SirJamesHunt]] ([[User talk:SirJamesHunt|talk]]) 11:34, 12 March 2015 (UTC) |

Requests for undeletion is a process intended to assist users in restoring pages or files that were uncontroversially deleted via proposed deletion, under certain speedy deletion criteria (such as maintenance deletions or rejected Articles for creation drafts), or in "articles for deletion" debates with little or no participation other than the nominator. This page is also intended to serve as a central location to request that deleted content be userfied or emailed to you so the content can be improved upon prior to re-insertion into the mainspace, or used elsewhere (you may also make a request directly to one of the administrators listed here). This means that content deleted after discussion—at articles for deletion, categories for discussion, or miscellany for deletion among other deletion processes—may in some cases be provided to you, but such controversial page deletions will not be overturned through this process. Copyright violations and attack pages will not be provided at all.
This page is only for requesting undeletion of articles or files which have already been deleted. If the article you are concerned about is still visible, but has a warning message (template) at the top, please do not post here, but follow the instructions in the template or on your talk page.
Note that requests for undeletion is not a replacement for deletion review. If you feel an administrator has erred in closing a deletion discussion or in applying a speedy deletion criterion, please contact them directly. If you discuss but are unable to resolve the issue on their talk page, it should be raised at Wikipedia:Deletion review, rather than here.
- Instructions for special cases
- G13. Abandoned Articles for creation submissions - see Wikipedia:Requests for undeletion/G13 for instructions.
To contest deletions that have have already been discussed (in particular, at Articles for deletion), or that are likely to be controversial, please make a request at Wikipedia:Deletion review instead. |

nitesh estates limited
Hello, I am intend to work on this page. So, Please allow me to do so. The company is notable enough to appear on Wikipedia and hence I want to work on this page. -182.68.91.108 (talk) 11:26, 4 March 2015 (UTC)
- Not done Graeme Bartlett (talk) 11:45, 4 March 2015 (UTC)
- ==Reason== Please give me the reason why can't I work on it and yes why I was blocked? I simple requested to create this page and I know that this page was deleted several number of times as was created against Wikipedia policies but I will create it as per Wikipedia's policy only and will not go beyond it. I will add the content that everyone will willingly read.
- Please consult Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Nitesh Estates Limited. You or people like you have asked for this many times here, and the answer is still "no" it cannot be restored via a request at this page. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 12:55, 7 March 2015 (UTC)
- I agree that the article has been removed number of times. I checked the complete logs of it but on the other hand I feel that the company is notable enough to be present on Wikipedia and hence want to start it from beginning. And yes i really need your help in it. Once I will get the approval from your side, will create this page and its a humble request to please correct it if there is any kind of mistake. Also, if I cannot create this article then I would like to ask you one thing that can't we create this page ever in future? Because if today I have not been allowed then that means in future also nobody will be allowed to work on it? Does it so?

Accidently deleted -YPMagic (talk) 04:50, 5 March 2015 (UTC)
- @YPMagic: Not done. It was deleted because you blanked the page, but looking at the content before that, I see no benefit to the encyclopedia in restoring it, as it seems to be partly a joke and partly a hoax. This is a serious encyclopedia, not a social-networking site. If you want it restored, please present a reliable source for the statement that "Mr. Harding now owns the largest conglomerate in the world." JohnCD (talk) 15:33, 5 March 2015 (UTC)
The Biosphere Technology and the Biosphere Process©™ System was a technology developed and successfully marketed by a company called Global Environmental for 15 years under license from the inventor Dr CA McCormack. The technology is the subject of 6 successful international patent awards beginning in 1978 and most recently updated in the Bahamian patent No. 2181 awarded in July 2009 extending the technologies protection for another 20 years. Global was founded and initially chaired by Dr Albert Reynolds the former Prime Minister of Ireland and the Architect of the Irish Peace Process in partnership with President Bill Clinton. As such the company and it enormously successful technology are an important part of Dr Reynolds legacy. Dr Reynolds died on 21st August 2014 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Albert_Reynolds). The gasification technology embodied in the Biosphere and in its successor technologies was and remains true to the basis principals of gasification as developed in the early part of the 19th century in Europe. Clean air Gasification is a tried and tested environmentally friendly way to generate power from waste materials and play a significant part in the matrix of waste reduction and energy options for the future. - The article was deleted in accordance with WP:CSD#A7, making it ineligible for restoration by request on this page. Please discuss it with the deleting administrator Bbb23. Not done. ~Amatulić (talk) 02:58, 6 March 2015 (UTC)
- @New but motivated: To clarify, Penn may well be notable, but the article did not show why he is notable. Indeed, it had no content at all - just an infobox. If you want the article back, I am sure either Bbb23 or myself would be happy to restore it to draft space where it can be worked on. However, a blank article isn't going to be restored to mainspace. --ThaddeusB (talk) 15:45, 6 March 2015 (UTC)

- @Koiralaindeep: Not done. This article was deleted after a discussion at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Deepak Bajracharya, and has been protected against creation because it was repeatedly re-created. I suggest that you make a draft article at Draft:Deepak Bajracharya, with references to show how he meets the WP:Notability criteria of WP:MUSICBIO, and then apply at WP:Deletion review. Check out WP:Your first article for advice, and take care not to write in a promotional tone. JohnCD (talk) 11:40, 6 March 2015 (UTC)
- @Koiralaindeep: If you do decide to give the article another try in draft space, let me know and I can restore the old version as a starting point for you. Keep in mind that the article will have to be approved by a third party before it can return to mainspace, so make sure Bajracharya meets the notability guidelines (as explained by JohnCD) before starting work or you will just be wasting your time on a hopeless article. --ThaddeusB (talk) 15:49, 6 March 2015 (UTC)
Alfin Tuasalamony
Article of a footballer who has since gained notability. The article of the individual Alfin Ismail Tuasalamony has already been created, but it would be useful to re-create this article as a redirect since his middle name is sometimes omitted. Thank You -Inter&anthro (talk) 15:53, 6 March 2015 (UTC)
- @Inter&anthro: Done. Would it better the other way round - by which name is he more usually known? JohnCD (talk) 16:43, 6 March 2015 (UTC)
- That is a valid point, and I'm not actually sure. I'm going to add @MbahGondrong:, @Rizky Rio:, & @Tommy1933: to this conversation as they are probably are more knowledgeable in the subject area than me. If a clear consensus cannot be immediately reached the discussion will be moved top the articles' talk page. Inter&anthro (talk) 20:44, 6 March 2015 (UTC)
- It's a crude measure, but Google returns 150k hits for AT and only 30k for AIT. JohnCD (talk) 20:49, 6 March 2015 (UTC)

- Thank for the notice Inter&anthro. As mentioned by JohnCD, he is popularly known as Alfin Tuasalamony and rarely mentioned with his middle name included. This can be seen on his Wikipedia ID page and in almost all football statistic websites (soccerway, transfermarkt, etc). Hopefully that helps. MbahGondrong (talk) 21:28, 6 March 2015 (UTC)

Her information on the page was incomplete i agree but deletion was unwarranted and Schetm agrees with the reasoning. -Chinmayisk 11:01, 7 March 2015 (UTC) --Chinmayisk 11:01, 7 March 2015 (UTC)
- @Chinmayisk: restored to draft. The page is now at Draft:K. Krithi Karanth where you can work on it. Wikipedia's inclusion test is called WP:Notability and is not a matter of saying so but of showing references to "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject." Please check with the deleting administrator, user Bbb23, before returning this to the main encyclopedia. JohnCD (talk) 16:54, 7 March 2015 (UTC)

- @Chinmayisk: I don't think we're supposed to have this discussion here, but what the hell. I would not delete it per A7 in its current state. That said, don't you think you should clean it up before moving it to main space? It's got formatting errors and unsourced material. As an aside, pinging me doesn't work unless you use standard signing of posts. I just happened to see your edit on my watchlist; I wasn't notified of it. - @LovegoodMusicians: Not done. This page was a copyright violation from http://leppiensisters.com/about/. Wikipedia cannot hold copyright text, even in draft pages, without a formal copyright release. Assertion of permission is not enough. It is seldom worth making a copyright release, because just copying a website does not make an acceptable article: groups' own web-pages are written in a promotional style unsuitable for an encyclopedia, and references showing "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject" are required to establish Wikipedia:Notability, see also WP:MUSICBIO. - Not done - this Requests for Undeletion process is only for articles that were deleted uncontroversially, and does not apply to articles deleted after a deletion discussion. Since the article you are here about was deleted after a discussion took place at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/InfoQuest, it cannot be undeleted through this process. However, if you believe that the outcome of the discussion did not reflect the consensus of the participants, or that significant new information has come to light since the article was deleted, you may contact the administrator who closed the discussion, user Ymblanter (talk · contribs). Please don't delete this because all this IS RELIABLE because it it an article about Savageookwolf. I mean, who knows more about Savageookwolf than Savageookwolf? And all this information is reliable because I am savageookwolf's friend and it's all true. It's an autobiography and doesn't need references. I feel as this deletion is a personal attack on him because I'm new on Wiki and my biography isn't deleted even though it's like his. Don't delete his biograghy! Don't delete it or delete mine too! -SkylarDoesMinecraft (talk) 17:48, 9 March 2015 (UTC)
- Wrong. Not only do we require references for biographical articles, but we very heavily discourage writing about oneself on Wikipedia as people have a tendency to aggrandise themselves. Also, other articles' presence or absence does not justify your own. Lastly, user pages are not substitutes for articles. —Jeremy v^_^v Bori! 20:01, 9 March 2015 (UTC)

Energy Sword
This article was deleted per an AFD discussion in 2010, but I'm not wanting to restore the article, but rather its edit history. A possibly related article, Energy sword, was created recently. The edit history of Energy Sword may provide some content that could be merged into Energy sword. If there is reasonable edit history that could possibly be merged into Energy sword from Energy Sword, then I would like for Energy Sword to be recreated as a redirect to Energy sword as an {{R from alternative capitalization}}, and possibly a {{R from merge}}. -Steel1943 (talk) 21:55, 9 March 2015 (UTC)

This did not mean the prior article could or should be undeleted (and in fact it cannot be undeleted because it was a copyright violation), but that you actually try again from scratch. There is no impediment to your clicking on the red link above and to start writing. Please be careful of the advice. Don't copy and paste content again (understand that this also includes taking other people's writing and modifying it only on the surface; what we call close paraphrasing); take a look at Wikipedia:Identifying reliable sources and Help:Referencing for beginners, and note our requirement that the article be written from a neutral point of view, which is usually extremely difficult for people like you with a conflict of interest. Also, please don't ignore his advice advice about complying with the Terms of Use by providing mandatory disclosure of your paid editing. You should have already done so, before taking any steps regarding the prospective article. See more at Terms of use/FAQ on paid contributions without disclosure, which was also linked for you by DGG.--Fuhghettaboutit (talk) 01:04, 10 March 2015 (UTC)

Note that G11 deletions are more an issue with the tone of the page as opposed to its sources or formatting. Blatant guideline violation: WP:CSD#G4 policy excludes pages that are "not substantially identical to the deleted version" (see different versions), and/or "pages to which the reason for the deletion" (see WP:TOOSOON) no longer applies -71.82.114.12 (talk) 00:21, 11 March 2015 (UTC)

The new article wasn't the same as the old one, but there was no indication anything had changed since then either... I think the subject is arguably notable, but I can't restore the article in place for you. I could restore it to draft space so that you can work on it without threat of rapid deletion, if you like. It would then need to be approved by an experienced user to move back to mainspace (which is to your own benefit - you don't want it to be deleted rapidly again after all). Dear Sir, A strong protest is herewith lodged against the morality principles of Wikipedia. It had been indeed very shocking to see that suddenly the said article which was published by Wikipedia (through submission of the same in Articles for Creation AFC and not created by my own self) after due course of discussions / verifications of references and links etc has been deleted without assigning plausible / tangible reasons after 9 months of its creation on 6 July 2014. Though I am a regular duly logged in contributor to Wikipedia and has made certain quality contributions in growth of Wikipedia by submitting articles / modification from time to time, the said arbitrary and erratic deletion has pained me immensely.
I have been informed that “This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion debate, such as at articles for deletion. Under the specified criteria, where an article has substantially identical content to that of an article deleted after debate, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.”
The reason / argument given is false and misleading. The person about whom the article is published is notable as per your rules. The notability is duly established by way of attachment of number of references which are authentic sources for making the subject notable. The submissions made by me were duly accepted by you and hence the article was published by you under AFC and not directly by myself. The notability of the subject is duly established by way of his contributions to the most esteemed newspapers and periodicals of India. He has made more than 200 contributions to such papers and periodicals apart from being founder of Spastic Society of Gurgaon where more than thousands of children afflicted with autism, cerebral palsy, mental retardation and multiple disabilities are being taken care of and a page is duly published by you on the same after due acknowledgement of the notability of that subject.
It is unethical to delete a page which is published by you in AFC after taking due cognizance of all the aspects and criteria of notability and genuineness of the subject until something to the contrary is found or reported! How can an article published by you 9 months back be suddenly deleted with the above reason when due debate was held and the article was published by your official in AFC after due submission of article by me.
I request you to immediately undelete the article for the creation of which due process of compliance of Wikipedia criteria and policies has already been done. Let your readers, who are spread in all the nooks and corners of this planet, retain trust in your policies which should not sound arbitrary at any stage of evolution of Wikipedia. Regards — Preceding unsigned comment added by Sombir9555 (talk • contribs)
- @Sombir9555: Not done - this Requests for Undeletion process is only for articles that were deleted uncontroversially, and does not apply to articles deleted after a deletion discussion. Since the article you are here about was deleted after a discussion took place at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Rajesh Bhola, it cannot be undeleted through this process.
- AfC reviewers are not "officials", they are ordinary users who give some of their time to helping newer users by reviewing their contributions. Acceptance at AfC means that in the reviewer's opinion the article is acceptable, but it is not a guarantee that it will be kept or that it cannot be nominated for deletion.
- If you believe that the article was significantly different from the one deleted in April 2013, so as to overcome the reasons for deletion there, you should approach the deleting adminstrator, user RHaworth (talk). Then, if you are not satisfied, you may apply at WP:Deletion review. JohnCD (talk) 09:32, 11 March 2015 (UTC)

- @Kaurdhillon: Not done - this article has not been restored because it does not appear to meet our guidelines for inclusion of articles about music. In general, Wikipedia considers a topic to be notable if there exist multiple reliable sources of information on the topic, external to the subject itself. Articles concerning musicians or music groups will be deleted on sight if they are considered to be unambiguous advertising or promotion, or if they do not contain a credible assertion of the significance of the subject.
