Nanda is an Chandravanshi Rajput clan found among Sikh Rajputs, Mair Rajputs, Muslim Rajputs and Rajputs of Rajasthan. They are found in India and Pakistan.

Nanda is a Muslim Jat and a Jatt Sikh surname found in Punjab(India) and Punjab (Pakistan). It is also a Hindu Jat Clan found Haryana.

As a Gujjar surname

Many Sikh Gujjars of Chandigarh, Amritsar, Patiala have a clan called Nanda.
