I think everyone should have their own opinion expressed. Especially when half of the people who support Free Tibet don't know where Tibet exactly is and people inside China have just been opened up to Wiki. Me and my Tibetan friends and people in Sichuan should have our voice heard.
In Tagalog: "Itong user ay Pilipino na may dugong intsik at espanyol." (Literally: This user is a Filipino with Chinese and Spanish blood) For someone who's mother and father are Chinese and Spanish, it would be more normal to use "mestiso" (of mixed race), but when the foreign members of the family are grandparents or previous generations, "na may dugo" (having blood of) is the idiom. "User" could be translated as "taga-gamit". Whether you use the English loadword or the "real" (but invented) Filipino word is a matter of style. Update: A Filipino friend (Oh, btw, I'm not a native Filipino speaker) suggested "Itong user ay Pilipino na halong intsik at espanyol".
In Taglish, hmm, you can mix and match in a lot of ways...
This user ay Pilipino with dugong Chinese and Spanish
Itong user ay Filipino with Chinese at Spanish na dugo. (the "na" is optional)
This is my userbox for my Chinese ancestry with a digital image of the phrase 中國血統 writin in the traditional noncommunist era writing style (translated into english as chinese decent)I put this up because of the roots my family holds in china and the fact that there is no ancestry label for chinese ancestry that is noncommunist
- Back after an hiatus (initially due to vacation, but soon caused by a hectic new term). Here's a fresh one for all. Enjoy! --PenaltyKillahJw2106:25, 1 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
It's almost Christmas, and these new userboxes will do very nicely under the tree! If anybody likes what I like, then feel free to add these userboxes to your page! Cheers! -- MISTER ALCOHOLTC06:12, 20 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I created quite a few userboxes for the World of Warcraft game, one for each character class. I based them off off the userbox by User:Lily Towers/UBX/WoW. The colors in the ID boxes are based off the in-game class colors.
A few I've made for myself, but I think it hits part of the problem on the head. And as for the third one, I might have posted it here before, but I forgot that I had made it, so here goes. Trigaranus (talk) 16:15, 3 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Added another one, which was sparked by the current (at least in Europe) discussion about the Catholic Church and their attitude toward Holocaust denial. It is not meant to be funny. Trigaranus (talk) 19:57, 6 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Thought it might be nice for people to be able to display, if they want, that they're willing to answer questions/provide assistance about template problems. Of course, we already have WP:V/T, but still, whatevs.
I have created a bunch of new userboxes (all of which are used on my userpage) and added most to the categories. Which category should "no patents" go?
This is the first userbox I created so its not that good, if you can find a free image more specific to Radio Caroline please tell me on my talk page.Pgdashel (talk) 17:55, 20 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
A variation of the Wikiholic test userbox. Anyone know if there is a way to make it automatically insert the person's username without having to subst and edit it in yourself?

It was surprising that these were not available, especially the letterboxing one since there are 3 geocaching ones. I have placed them under the various categories, but I will list them here too. They have been created in the past month and a half.
Here is my attempt at a userbox (done with the Super Simple Userbox Maker, as I am not big on CSS code). It says that this user tattles on vandals and links to WP:AIV.
There were no userboxes for hot air ballooning enthusiasts that I could find, so I made some. (Well, really it's one with several options.) I don't know if I like the reddish text color or not—it makes me think of a redlink. I used a color picker to pull the colors from the balloon image on the left, and the red gives good contrast, but I'm open to changing it or leaving it based on feedback (lack of feedback will be interpreted as "don't care"). Enjoy! See my other userboxes at User:Willscrlt/UBX. —Willscrlt ( “Talk” ) 09:23, 25 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I've created a "Good Article" userbox for articles created in non-English Wikipedias. You just need to append the language code after the article title. See for example:
