L-765,314 is a drug which acts as a potent and selective antagonist for the alpha-1 adrenoreceptor subtype α1B.[1] It has mainly been used to investigate the role of α1B receptors in the regulation of blood pressure,[2][3] but the α1B is also thought to have an important role in the brain.
