=====Oppose=====

Revision as of 02:19, 17 August 2012

Darwinbish

Voice your opinion on this candidate (talk page) (83/3/1); Scheduled to end late Devonian period (UTC), era of fish developing legs!

[The good twin Darwinfish takes his life in his hands (hands..??), updates the recent Opposes too, runs off. ] Naughty Rexxs! darwinfish 20:35, 12 January 2011 (UTC).[reply]

Nomination

Darwinbish (talk · contribs) – My lords, ladies and jellyspoons, assorted zoo animals, kitchen equipment and small furry creatures from Alpha Centauri, I am both pleased and proud (and standing on a chair) to present to you Darwinbish. From her first appearance as an alternative account of Bishapod in October 2010, Darwinbish has proved herself to be a resourceful wikipedian, creating her own custom signature little ankle biter (why do you think I'm standing on this chair), and has even had a go at creating her own sock User:Umlaut-Löttchen (although that hasn't gone so well, has it young fishersnapper). After acting as my campaign manager in the recent Arbitration Committee Elections, where I ran on the ticket "Vote for me or the ankles get it!" Darwinbish is now fully au-fait with all the relevant policies and ready to take her place as a fearsome vandal fighter, even handed dispute resolver, and all round good fish-with-legs. Elen of the Roads (talk) 00:07, 15 December 2010 (UTC) *Can I get down off this chair now?[reply]

Candidate, please indicate acceptance of the nomination here:
  • Er, could us twins run as a double feature, please? Complement each other! Good twin, evil twin! darwinfish 14:39, 15 December 2010 (UTC). [reply]
I'll NomNomNom you if you like Fainites barleyscribs 19:09, 15 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Questions for the candidate

Dear candidate, thank you for offering to serve Wikipedia as an administrator. Please answer these questions to provide guidance for participants:

1. What administrative work do you intend to take part in?
A: [Judiciously. ] Mainly WP:BITE-ing. darwinbish BITE 20:06, 15 December 2010 (UTC).[reply]
2. What are your best contributions to Wikipedia, and why?
A: [Checks her contribs. Goes a little cross-eyed. ] Uh, well... Hmm. Let's see. My top achievements include teaching Sinebot better manners,[1] working to remove crap browsers among wikipedians,[2] and teaching use of logic on Wikipedia, sorely needed! Especially undistributed muddle! [3]
3. Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or have other users caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
A: Conflicts? Stress? Oh, no, never! darwinbish BITE 20:06, 15 December 2010 (UTC).[reply]
Answer P.S. On second thoughts, there will soon be stress and conflicts if you miserable lot don't start supporting below! Come on! Chop-chop! darwinbish BITE 20:16, 15 December 2010 (UTC).[reply]
The sockpuppetry can be forgiven, but can you cite any peer-reviewed sources showing you have never ever been under stress on this website? I only ask because I don't understand how ankle biting can be stress-free. Or is this a means of skirting stress? If so, how does this jibe with WP:BITE? Gwen Gale (talk) 20:25, 15 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Is stress-free for biter, stressful for bitee. [Takes explanatory nibble out of Gwen's ankle. ] See? Important qualification: only works for evil biters. Me uniquely evil, just the admin Wikipedia needs! Go support, mrs bitee, or run for the hills! [Approaches in a threatening manner, hoping Gwen is now stressed enough to forget about the peer-reviewed sources. And what was that weird bit about wearing a skirt? Obligatory for admins? This is trickier than db thought! ] little ankle biter 21:10, 15 December 2010 (UTC).[reply]
Skirts, ok, that's meaningful. As to length, are you hopelessly wanton, or are you a hopeless prude? At which level of Kohlberg's stages of moral development does this put you and why would this boost one's trust in you with the bit? I mean, ankles show at both lengths. Is this about biting, or being bitten? Gwen Gale (talk) 21:27, 15 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Read more of this fascinating discussion at the talk page. --RexxS (talk) 22:12, 15 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Gwen, look at Little Ankle Biter shape. How wear skirt at all? I wear cosy... all-in-one Bish-sack for adminning. Tex illustrate, please? Get out paintbox, Tex! Chop-chop! ... Why Tex not here? darwinbish BITE 13:26, 16 December 2010 (UTC).[reply]
[User:Darwinfish Fridge Magnet admiringly:] Can I have Boy-sack? Mr Tex? darwinfish 13:28, 16 December 2010 (UTC).[reply]
Will you stop changing the subject, you silly minnow? Go support! darwinbish BITE 13:31, 16 December 2010 (UTC).[reply]
[darwinfish flees. ]
As requested, here is Darwinbish in her custom made all-in-one Bish-sack (or Bish-shopping bag) made exclusively for adminning. Tex (talk) 14:55, 16 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Oh! Oh! Much fetching on you! Why can't all admins be evil and hide in brown paper shopping bags? Need Darwinbish, show the way. Gwen Gale (talk) 17:02, 16 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
[Pleased. ] Much better than Elen arbcom robe![4] Tail sticking out handsomely! darwinbish BITE 23:32, 16 December 2010 (UTC).[reply]
Additional optional question from Gooch
4. Why you bite you twin? Goochy Oooh, pretty! 16:29, 15 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

A: [Surprised. ] Why not? darwinbish BITE 20:06, 15 December 2010 (UTC).[reply]
Additional optional question from SirFozzie
5. Well, I can ask this question, since I'm wearing leg greaves and iron boots. You have shown remarkable prowess at biting ankles.. but I think people here at RfA are looking for a variety of editing experience. If/when you are made an administrator, would you be willing to broaden your experience to biting other things such as fingers, arms, and unmentionable parts? SirFozzie (talk) 07:49, 17 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
A: Interesting question, gimme a minute to think... [Talking incessantly to distract, Darwinbish sidles around and bites SirFozzie shrewdly on the ass. ] Not sure, I think I'll stick with the ankles, there's often quite a queue on the anklebiting board... [Is vastly amused at own wit. ] Hee hee hee! darwinbish BITE 14:06, 17 December 2010 (UTC).[reply]
Additional optional questions from Kiore
6 What was the process of Abiogenesis on earth?
A: Users arose from inanimate matter through creation of socks. Thus twins created by Bishapod,[5] Bishapod created by Bishzilla,[6] Bishzilla created by Bishonen [how did that happen?] und so weiter, filling up inanimate project with milling of myriad live socks. darwinbish BITE 19:52, 17 December 2010 (UTC).[reply]
7 How did sexual reproduction evolve?
A Hmmmm. Uh... step by step? darwinbish BITE 19:52, 17 December 2010 (UTC).[reply]
7A Did it evolve once or separately for plants and animals
Plants fuck too? This a very educational RFA! darwinbish BITE 19:52, 17 December 2010 (UTC).[reply]
8 Big crunch or Heat death of the universe?
A Small crunch, due to crunching of innumerable sharp little teeth. darwinbish BITE 19:52, 17 December 2010 (UTC).[reply]

  18. Support: I have every confidence this candidate would not misuse the tools. Eat them, maybe, but not misuse them. With regard to the concern that the candidate is non-human, in reviewing the current list of admins I note the presence of a chihuahua, a porpoise, a mouse, an eagle, a crustacian, a gerbil, and most to the point a dragon, among others, so that precedent was set a long time ago. I trust Bishzilla to know when to give users a gentle hug and when it's time for something more like aggressive taunting with a suggestion of death. I hope that's okay, 'zilla, please don't kill me.
