ARBOC Specialty Vehicles is an American bus manufacturer based in Middlebury, Indiana that specializes building in low-floor paratransit cutaway buses as well as medium duty shuttle and transit buses.[1]

History

Spirit of Mobility operating for Kitsap Transit

ARBOC Specialty Vehicles was founded in 2008 as ARBOC Mobility. They made their debut that same year with the Spirit of Mobility, a low-floor paratransit cutaway bus. In 2011, ARBOC Mobility merged with All American Specialty Vehicles to form ARBOC Specialty Vehicles.[2]

Acquisition by NFI Group

In December 2017, NFI Group, parent of New Flyer and Motor Coach Industries, announced its purchase of ARBOC Specialty Vehicles for US$95 million.[3]
