Bozova (Ottoman Turkish: بوزاووه Bozâbâd,[3] Kurdish: Hewenc[citation needed]) is a district of Şanlıurfa Province of Turkey, 38 km from the city of Şanlıurfa.

Bozova is a plain of rich farmland watered from the lake behind the Atatürk Dam.
