Kağızman

Kağızman (Template:Lang-ota,[2] Template:Lang-hy, Kaghzvan,[3]) is a town and district of Kars Province in the Eastern Anatolia region of Turkey. The population was 17,144 in 2010. The mayor is Nevzat Yıldız (MHP).
