Obi non, or lepyoshka (Russian: лепёшка, "flatbread"), is a kind of flatbread in Afghan, Tajik and Uzbek cuisine. It is shaped like a disc and thicker than naan. Obi non are baked in clay ovens called tandyr.[1][2]
