P. Chikkamuni Mohan is an Indian politician and member of the 16th Lok Sabha from Bangalore Central constituency. He is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party.[1]

Political career

P. C. Mohan was a member of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly from Chickpet constituency from 1999 to 2008. Out of 37 candidates in 2009, he won the 15th Lok Sabha elections with 3,40,162 votes against H.T.Sangliana of the INC who won 3,04,944 votes. Each MP is given 5 crores per year for his or her constituency. Mohan held the seat (he previously won in 2009) with a total vote count of 5,57,130 with a margin of 1,37,500 votes over his nearest rival, Rizwan Arshad of the Indian National Congress.[4][5]
