hum is an alcoholic liqueur (35% ABV) created by soaking dried hibiscus, ginger, cardamom and kaffir lime in distilled pot still rum. It is bottled unfiltered and is characterized by the dark red color it gets from the hibiscus plant.

hum is served both straight and in cocktails.
