Using copyrighted material

Hello Annuxsing! Your additions to Snow Angels (novel) have been removed in whole or in part, as they appear to have added copyrighted content without evidence that the source material is in the public domain or has been released by its owner or legal agent under a suitably-free and compatible copyright license. Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Akhtar Raza Khan. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include, but are not limited to, links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated (whether as a link in article text, or a citation in an article), and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the page, please discuss it on the associated talk page rather than re-adding it. I am not investigating deeper into what combination of spam, deliberate disruptiveness and competency your recent contribution to this article was but it seems to adding to history problematic editing. I have concerns including POV concerns over the article you created in mainspace. Particularly as the articles has problems which may make it unsuitable for mainspace and because you have removed a {{POV}} with no explanation other than as a typo at Special:Diff/1067229004 . With no discussion I have determined it is more appropriate for this to go via AFC in draftspace when I have submitted it for review. I would request all foreign language citations are fully elaborated with use of trans-title, quote and trans-quote parameters especially given the apparent data farming and cookie dropping of some of the sources when visited. [edit]Hello. You do not appear familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. In particular, Wikipedia requires citations to reliable and authoritative third-party sources. Two good sets of Wikipedia guidelines that I have found really useful can be found HERE, regarding verifiability and HERE, regarding the need to maintain a neutral point of view. According to WP:VERIFY, "Any material that needs a source but does not have one may be removed." It also says: "All content must be verifiable. The burden to demonstrate verifiability lies with the editor who adds or restores material, and it is satisfied by providing an inline citation to a reliable source that directly supports the contribution." You can't add anything to a page, even if it pertains to a notable person. You can only add notable events and other information. You can't add trivia. Celestina007, Annuxsing: to state matters bluntly I am neither impressed by the draftification on an historic article which circumvented an AfD discussion nor the unnecessary fork of a new incarnation of the article used to circumvent the incubatation and ignoring previous contributions over many years.
