Clarification
I noted that you can contest your ban no sooner than 2022-05-24. As was pointed out to me (thanks, Hobit), ARBCOM set a date that they would not hear further appeals before February 2022. I do not mean to override them (and definitely lack the authority to do so). If ARBCOM is sympathetic to your appeal, they might choose to open up discussions on WP:AN at that time (February rather than May). The date I gave was in regard to the concerns raised about you forum-shopping, but you can see from the discussion that a number of editors expressed they may look sympathetically upon an unblock at that time. If any part of this is at all unclear to you, please ask. I don't mean for there to be any confusion here. --Yamla (talk) 19:20, 25 November 2021 (UTC)

- I mean to say, my understanding is that ARBCOM would accept an unblock appeal at that time and I did not mean to change that. So, yes, I believe you are. - What I would recommend is to drop the appeals for another six months, which puts us into late May 2022. The nature of the sockpuppetry at the time is such that there is an expectation (perhaps unwritten) that the sockmaster disengage from Wikipedia for a considerable amount of time. You first appealed right after getting blocked, and in these cases it would be almost unheard of for anyone to reverse a valid block so quickly. We asked you to stay away for some time—6 months. I don't understand why it has been so difficult for you to stay away for 6 months at a time. Your emails to us were disingenuous, particularly with regards to the cool-off time between appeals. Demonstrating that you can respect our community norms, which includes actually disengaging from English Wikipedia for some time, would go a long way towards a successful appeal in the future. Request reason:
- Previous November AN appeal: Read here Hello. I was blocked on English Wikipedia for abusing multiple accounts in March 2021 (SPI case). Since then I have been active on other WMF managed wikis such as metawiki kswiki, simplewiki and Wikimedia Commons. I have already disclosed all the accounts here and on my November AN appeal. For clarity's sake, these were User:Wahhid, User:EditorThanos, User:Ulluly, User:Juslit, User:Ollipinno, User:TheHornbill, User:Majaple, User:Malihajan, User:Malliha and User:Dhonka. This is the last edit I have made to English Wikipedia. I appealed the Arbitration Committee in February this year but they told me to appeal in May. In my November appeal, I was told to appeal after 24 May. I requested Yamla to take this appeal to the AN on May 18 but they said no and I also thought that it is best to wait till 24. I have developed a keen interest in editing wikipedia again and have read the policies. I promise that I won't violate any policies and won't hurt wikipedia in any way. I may be seen with IDHT attitude but I have no intention to waste the precious time of the community. I have learned the lesson and I am willing to help in the development of this free online encyclopaedia. If unbanned, I would like to be an active member of Wikiproject India, help in counter vandalism and AFC work. I humbly ask the community to give me another chance. There appears to be community consensus here, and so I am unblocking. I would note that it probably wasn't closed as the supports were all fairly lackluster, but there appears to be consensus to give you another chance. The upshot of this to you is a need to be careful - specifically with being a) better at thinking (and communicating) before acting and b) being much better at responding and improving where someone raised a query or concern with your actions. - Following an RfC, consensus has been found that, in the context of politics and science, the reliability of FoxNews.com is unclear and that additional considerations apply to its use.
- Community comment on the revised Universal Code of Conduct enforcement guidelines is requested until 8 October.
Technical news
- The Articles for creation helper script now automatically recognises administrator accounts which means your name does not need to be listed at WP:AFCP to help out. If you wish to help out at AFC, enable AFCH by navigating to Preferences → Gadgets and checking the "Yet Another AfC Helper Script" box.
Arbitration
- Remedy 8.1 of the Muhammad images case will be rescinded 1 November following a motion.
- A modification to the deletion RfC remedy in the Conduct in deletion-related editing case has been made to reaffirm the independence of the RfC and allow the moderators to split the RfC in two.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. - A new preference named "Enable limited width mode" has been added to the Vector 2022 skin. The preference is also shown as a toggle on every page if your monitor is 1600 pixels or wider. When disabled it removes the whitespace added by Vector 2022 on the left and right of the page content. Disabling this preference has the same effect as enabling the wide-vector-2022 gadget.
