I, 62.232.37.162, request the undeletion of this Articles for creation submission deleted under CSD G13. Please restore the page as I intend to work on it. 62.232.37.162 (talk) 12:51, 8 September 2015 (UTC)

Thee have been a number of new developments and external references that I can now use, so I intend to restructure the article to reflect more of the research and history behind us (cf ThoughtFarmer in particular, very similar story)

Yep that's me! Shall I rewrite and submit as a completely new article in that case? - Kate — Preceding unsigned comment added by 62.232.37.162 (talk) 13:13, 8 September 2015 (UTC)

  • Sounds good! The key portion that really needed re-writing was the product section, since it came across a little buzzword-y. If you need any help with this, let me know. I'm guessing that you are likely someone in marketing and I know that it can be difficult to pick out specific phrases/words because you just get used to them. It wasn't bad-bad, but it just needed a little work. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 13:32, 8 September 2015 (UTC)

BlackShot

The page "BlackShot" for PC online FPS game of the same title has been deleted in 2011. The game launched in 2008 and is still in service now, with BlackShot Global (for Europe, Brazil, and other parts of the world) and BlackShot SEA (Southeast Asia).

Though it has been through various publishers, the history is a bit of a mess, but during the entire run from 2008 - present it has always been in service and is one of the most popular games in Singapore and Malaysia.

Wikipedia is a place many people look to when searching for definitive information on any subject. Therefore, the absence of a wiki page for BlackShot may deter users from searching further, mistakenly thinking that the game is no longer in service. This could be one of the reasons we are losing potential players, and we hope it can be remedied soon.

Please see the following pages for confirmation that BlackShot is still in service and deserving of a Wiki page of its own:

  • Not done The page was very promotional in tone, so it'd need a complete re-write to meet guidelines. This is a good example of the promotional tone: "he model works on principle of bringing all stakeholders closer to each other on a virtual platform, thus eliminating wasteful expenditure of time, efforts and money." Also, I notice that your userpage gives off the impression that you're editing on behalf of a group and that your username is the name of a group. I'm going to delete the userpage since it is fairly promotional and give you a soft block as a promotional username. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 04:45, 9 September 2015 (UTC)

Kanbanize

The page was previously approved by a Wikipedian who, like us, saw it as a neutral product page. For the same reason that Kleenex, for example, have a Wiki page, we believe that Kanbanize also deserves its place in this community. We are prepared to edit the page to better suit the Wiki standard, but believe that even in the format in which it appeared prior to its deletion is unbiased and simply informative. Thank you in advance. -93.152.164.73 (talk) 15:13, 9 September 2015 (UTC)

Not done. This article was deleted because it was the work of a group of users who were taking money to write articles without disclosing the fact. That is contrary to the Wikimedia Foundation's Terms of Use ("Paid contributions without disclosure" under section 4), and in some jurisdictions contravenes laws against covert advertising.
All these articles have been deleted and will not be restored. The only way to put undisclosed commercial spammers out of business is to ensure that their customers get nothing for their money.
If you want to create an article yourself, please read the advice I gave here to someone in the same situation. JohnCD (talk) 15:30, 9 September 2015 (UTC)

ticket:2015070610000671 takes care of the copyright objection which was the speedy criterion by relicensing the text on the url given in the deletion log. -Storkk (talk) 11:51, 9 September 2015 (UTC)

@Storkk:  Done but, of course, copying the subject's website is not the way to make an acceptable article. This is promotional in tone and, though I don't doubt the subject's notability, it needs references to significant coverage in reliable, independent secondary sources to demonstrate it. I have added {{BLP self-published}} and {{peacock}} maintenance templates. Was there a user account associated with the OTRS message, to which advice could be sent? If not, I will assume it is BSHedlund (talk · contribs), who posted the article in 2009 but has not edited since. JohnCD (talk) 15:20, 9 September 2015 (UTC)
@JohnCD: (edit conflict) I agree - that's why I couched my undeletion request in those terms. The ticket addresses only the copyright objection, not the WP:COI, WP:NPOV and WP:RS and tone issues. The ticket has an email address that I will send our relevant policies to, but the article should likely go through AFD anyway. Storkk (talk) 15:29, 9 September 2015 (UTC)
Perhaps, but I think he is notable, and so the AfD verdict would likely be "Keep and improve, AfD is not clean-up". I will post at WP:BLP/N and see if anyone is willing to give it a going-over. JohnCD (talk) 15:36, 9 September 2015 (UTC)

ClueJob Escape Rooms in Limassol, Cyprus

It is informative and at the same time it is advertising which i cannot avoid as i have to mention for whom i am talking about. There are other similar articles about the same business that are still there so i believe the one i wrote it is informative and not that advertising...it is not my own place...i promised to the owners i will write something about them, since they told me their story!

Enter your reasoning here My page is not is not an advertising page. This is a page about my artistic work and history of work. If I have to be dead to be published as an artist on Wikipedia and in that way it is not going to be called an advertisement you should delete all of the pages of the present exhibitors such as for an example Banksy and Dismaland exposure which is posted presently on Wikipedia as this exhibition is happening right now. Note: This page was deleted under speedy deletion criterion G11, indicating an page that was irredeemably promotional or blatant advertising. Note that G11 deletions are more an issue with the tone of the page as opposed to its sources or formatting. As articles deleted under G11 need to be rewritten from scratch, they will not be undeleted as-is here; try contacting the deleting administrator (CambridgeBayWeather (talk · contribs)). Alternatively, you may request the page be restored as a draft or to have the contents of its last known revision emailed to you provided you have email enabled in your account's preferences. Note that Wikipedia is not a substitute for a personal website, and that your userpage isn't an article. I also suggest taking a look at WP:Notability and WP:Notability (people), as those explain the bare minimum requirement to have an article on Wikipedia (the second link specifically deals with the notability of people). —Jeremy v^_^v Bori! 20:00, 8 September 2015 (UTC)

"Wikipedians have their own user pages, but they should be used primarily to present information relevant to working on the encyclopedia. Limited biographical information is allowed, but user pages should not function as personal webpages or be repositories for large amounts of material that is irrelevant to collaborating on Wikipedia. Category: Welsh-speaking people

Given the centuries of persecution suffered by Welsh-speakers (just read the history - it makes for shocking reading), the fact that the Welsh language still exists as a living language is nothing short of a miracle. Naturally therefore, it is of much interest to those interested in the Welsh language, those interested in Welsh current affairs, those interested in minority languages as well as to many members of the public in general, for it to be acknowledged that certain notable public figures e.g. politicians, sportspeople or musicians have the ability to speak Welsh. Indeed, failing to do so seems to suggest that the Welsh language is of no significance, to anybody. Whilst some may argue that the language that one speaks is not actually significant, this viewpoint is likely to be prevalent in individuals with a limited understanding of minority languages/cultures. Put another way, whilst the fact that a notable person can speak English may not be necessarily of interest - mainly due to the fact that English is the third most widely-spoken language in the world - by contrast, when a notable person who happens also to speak Welsh is not acknowledged as a Welsh speaker this is missing a very important point, simply because Welsh is much less prevalent than English. Yes, defining a cohort of Welsh-speaking people is of interest to many people, even if that does not happen to include the person(s) who instigated the deletion of this category in the first place. Therefore, just as the section 'Notable people with the name Prabhu', or 'Category:Black British people', for example, may not be of interest to a certain individuals, the fact that these Categories/Sections exist confirm the fact that they are of interest to at least some Wikipedia users, and the same is true for 'Category:Welsh-speaking people'. I hope that the majority of Wikipedia users/editors wish to build a more informative and inclusive encyclopaedia, and not an encyclopaedia that projects an Anglo-American bias whereby smaller cultures and languages are dismissed. I therefore call upon those who instigated this deletion to see beyond their possible prejudices, and remain true to Jimmy Wales' Statement of Principles by re-instating this category without further delay please as many useful links have been lost with the current deletion -Haul~cywiki (talk) 23:57, 9 September 2015 (UTC)

Hi Haul~cywiki. If you believe the deletion discussion at Wikipedia:Categories for discussion/Log/2015 August 24#Category:Welsh-speaking people should be overturned, you can make your case at deletion review. As instructed at the top of this page, this project is explicitly not for seeking the overturning of deletion discussions, but only for uncontroversial undeletions.--Fuhghettaboutit (talk) 00:32, 10 September 2015 (UTC)

The page was deleted after an expired, uncontested PROD following some Unsourced information being added to the page. Not applicable. Hi Donalmikel. This page is for seeking undeletions. Therefore, by definition (and as explicitly explained at the top), it is not for addressing the pending deletion of any page. Additionally, it is only for uncontroversial undeletions, which the results of deletion debates are not. Therefore, if the article is deleted as a result of Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Anood Al Obaidly, you would not be able to request its undeletion here (except under the rare exception that it was closed with little or no participation other than the nominator). If you want to make the case that the article should not be deleted, the deletion discussion I linked is the place to do so. Best regards--Fuhghettaboutit (talk) 11:30, 11 September 2015 (UTC)

Starkillers (2)

Hello, I am requesting a refund for this page's draft so some of the editors on Wikipedia can contribute to this page and then send it to AfC to ensure all wikipedia guidelines are met before it can go on the mainspace. As the initial reason for its deletion based on the deletion discussion was lack of references and poor use of language. I have already spoken with the admin who initially deleted this account and upon their guidance I bought this matter up on DRV. However, after discussion with other members of wikipedia, I was suggested to get a refund for a draft of the Starkillers page. This would give editors opportunity to write the page with the appropriate language and use ample references to prove notability of the musician. Please note, this was also a suggestion from the Wikipedia info team that I had emailed recently and they said if the admin who deleted the page is not going to repost the page, then a new page would need to be created following the guidelines of Wikipedia and contributions from various editors. Please let me know if you would like me to provide you with a copy of the email discussion with Info Wikipedia. Thank you! Kiran chandani (talk) 01:09, 11 September 2015 (UTC)

(Non-administrator comment) See the tail end of this discussion at WP:COIN where an experienced editor has offered assistance in bringing the article up to standards. --Finngall talk 02:58, 11 September 2015 (UTC)
Not done - this Requests for Undeletion process is only for articles that were deleted uncontroversially, and does not apply to articles deleted after a deletion discussion. Since the article you are here about was deleted after a discussion took place at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Starkillers, it cannot be undeleted through this process. However, if you believe that the outcome of the discussion did not reflect the consensus of the participants, or that significant new information has come to light since the article was deleted, you may contact the administrator who closed the discussion, user Postdlf (talk · contribs). After you do so, if your concerns are not addressed and you still seek undeletion, a request may be made at deletion review. Hasteur (talk) 12:04, 11 September 2015 (UTC)
Actually the user already contacted the closing administrator, and initiated a deletion review. So here they are just asking for it to be turned into a draft. Our response should address that request only. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 12:22, 11 September 2015 (UTC)
Graeme Bartlett Yes I only need the draft. Upon my discussion with info@wikipedia over email one of the admins have provided me with the draft of the deleted Starkillers page to recreate the page along with the experienced Wikipedia editor Brianhe and submit for AfC. Please let me know if its easier and better to use the draft that I can get directly here. Thank you!
I am the experienced editor mentioned above who offered to help this user who has stated he is an intern working at the company. We will collaborate on improving the article, then resubmit it through AfC iff it can be brought up to a state ready for incorporation in the encyclopedia. — Brianhe (talk) 16:39, 11 September 2015 (UTC)
@Brianhe: I do believe Kiran chandani is a lady. ;-) Richard3120 (talk) 18:59, 11 September 2015 (UTC)
Richard3120 Yes lady Indeed :)
@Graeme Bartlett: If the user contacted the deleting admin, then it goes there. If a DRV is initiated, the case for why the AFD should be overrode should be made there. We should not be providing copies of the page for userspace/draft improvement when the consensus decision was to delete. In short, it doesn't belong here because this page is to deal with reversing uncontroversial deletions (Prod, G13, etc.) Trying to push the case on multiple fronts smacks of WP:FORUMSHOPING. The article introduces a new category of legal service provider that is borne out of regulatory changes introduced by legislation that governs legal practice in England & Wales (specifically the Public Access Scheme). It is not promoting any specific company or service. The article is encyclopaedic because it discusses a new category of legal service provider. Therefore, the article has as much right to exist as articles on 'barristers', 'solicitors' 'judges' 'paralegals' and many of the other types of legal service providers, which form the foundations of the legal system. • Done - as an Articles for creation submission deleted under CSD G13, the page has been restored on request. Please note that you never submitted the entry for review. When you are ready, you need to click the green notice in the template at the top of the page that says "Submit your draft when you are ready for it to be reviewed!" Polaris K-12 School

Contested WP:PROD. K-12 school [1] likely meets WP:N, please restore to User:Davidwr/Polaris K-12 School so I can work on it before moving it to mainspace. Deleting admin last edited several months ago so I am asking here. -davidwr/(talk)/(contribs) 04:28, 13 September 2015 (UTC)

Not done, nothing to do. No such article ever existed here, so nothing can be restored. @Zhuhai dahang: Go to WP:CHU/Simple and request a change of your username. Companies cannot have accounts on Wikipedia. Also read WP:COI because you clearly have a conflict of interest, and use Wikipedia:Articles for creation to submit your article. ~Amatulić (talk) 06:39, 14 September 2015 (UTC)

OMX (disambiguation)

I neglected to sign in for a while and did not see the notifications. I created this page as there is another OMX that is a huge public company and I forgot about it -JimLats (talk) 00:43, 14 September 2015 (UTC)

Is there a version larger than 300px? If so, I would like it or them restored, so everyone can view the image in 300px. -George Ho (talk) 03:26, 14 September 2015 (UTC)

Non-admin here - it is very unlikely that any larger version would be restored due to copyright concerns. I could be wrong of course, which is why I'm not marking this as "not done/will not be done." davidwr/(talk)/(contribs) 04:01, 14 September 2015 (UTC)
Agreed, no Declined. There was a 650x650 version in the deleted history. The current version is sufficient to balance the need for an illustration with copyright concerns. ~Amatulić (talk) 06:42, 14 September 2015 (UTC)
Wait, Amatulic. You can undeleted it, and then I'll tag it as too big. Then the bot will automatically shrink it to between 300px and 320px due to box shape. Please? --George Ho (talk) 07:03, 14 September 2015 (UTC)
Not done Shrinking will result in a very similar image to what is there. The small text on the box reads: "NTSC UC" "Teen TM AGES 13+ CONTENT RATED BY ESRB" "SCUS-94221 94221" "SONY COMPUTER ENTERTAINMENT" So if that is important please use that in the text. But a slightly enlarged image 17.1875% bigger is not useful to you. You wont be able to see any small detail better. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 07:19, 14 September 2015 (UTC)

@Chrissyboo12: Done - as an Articles for creation submission deleted under CSD G13, the page has been restored on request. Please edit the page to address the issues raised when it was declined, and re-submit it; "Articles for creation" is not for the indefinite hosting of material found to be unsuitable for inclusion in the encyclopedia.
At present, this reads as the organization telling the world about itself, the sort of stuff it might put on its own website; but that is not what an encyclopedia is for. Also, you need references showing significant coverage in reliable, independent secondary sources to establish Wikipedia:Notability. Some advice at User:JohnCD/Not a noticeboard. Draft: The Hidden

This book is currently under being prepared as a film script. It is Pinborough's first title and notability may yet be established.— Preceding unsigned comment added by S.tollyfield (talkcontribs)

This band exists and fans need to know that this band is different from other musicians, products and brands. -Tszgrp (talk) 23:07, 14 September 2015 (UTC)

  • It has been restored, so you need to work on the draft article. I will warn you that saying that a band exists, is different, and that you want to raise awareness are all rationales that go against WP:NOT. You need to show notability (WP:NBAND) via independent and reliable sources per WP:RS. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。)

Note: This page has been deleted multiple times as an abandoned draft article. As Articles for creation, the Draft space, and user subpages are not to be used to indefinitely host material inappropriate for the encyclopedia, what exactly would you do to help make the draft get accepted as an article? —Jeremy v^_^v Bori! 05:35, 15 September 2015 (UTC)

Actually I suspect the page in question is Draft:Adonnis which is not deleted. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 09:26, 8 September 2015 (UTC)
Exactly so, License2Kill requested undeletion of the draft nearly six months ago and did not go on to do anything to it. I gave them a gentle prod to suggest working on it to avoid losing it, and they... came here instead. Rankersbo (talk) 10:37, 8 September 2015 (UTC)

What I'm referring to is the actual page Adonnis . . it says it is locked or blocked or something and I would like to just be able to make it. I can provide sources and if it isn't up to standard just put one of those boxes at the top that request people add to the article License2Kill (talk) 06:22, 15 September 2015 (UTC)

since there was an AFD and a speedy delete, it should not be restored, instead use the AFC process with your draft. Currently the page is create protected, and I will leave that way until you can get your draft accepted. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 06:33, 15 September 2015 (UTC)

  • Looks like this was deleted by three different admins and the article salted. There's also the fact that there have been some concerns over sockpuppetry, so it's unlikely that this will be undeleted any time soon without some very good sources to assert notability. Note that G11 deletions are more an issue with the tone of the page as opposed to its sources or formatting. As articles deleted under G11 need to be rewritten from scratch, they will not be undeleted as-is here; try contacting the deleting administrator (NawlinWiki (talk · contribs)).
