To do

[edit]

Here are some open WikiProject Tampa Bay tasks:

  • Turn Tampa into a featured article.
  • Cite sources.
    • Add photographs to Tampa-related articles.
    • Mention cultural features of the city beyond those that are immediately visible to tourists.
  • Improve the stub articles related to Tampa and identify and tag new Tampa-related stub articles.
  • Write articles on the notable skyscrapers in the Tampa skyline (Park Tower has already been completed).
  • Just what does "Palma Ceia" mean, anyway? - there's a book the Tampa Bay History Center published on the origins of local place names. I'll try to find it. Gamaliel (talk) 16:43, 23 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • Improve and complete the neighborhood section.
  • Reduced article size by creating branch articles; e.g. Media in Tampa Bay.
  • Add information and citations to the Clearwater article.
  • Improve St. Petersburg article.
  • Assess all articles.
  • Again, cite sources.
