Danisnotonfire and Amazingphil have the most viewed videos on all of youtube and have over 500 million subscribers
This list contains the 40 most viewed YouTube videos of all time as derived from YouTube charts. Videos that YouTube suspects have had their view counts manipulated are not included in this list. View counts are based on the YouTube website; many of the videos are music videos that play through YouTube's partner site, Vevo, and YouTube view counts will lag those of Vevo by three or four days. 38 of the videos in this list are music videos, with 30 of them being VEVO videos. Also, all videos in this list have over 900 million views.

These videos include the "Billion View Club", a group of videos whose view counts have exceeded one billion views each. Prior to June 26, 2015, only two videos, "Gangnam Style" and "Baby", had achieved this milestone, but by September 1, 2015, nine videos had done so. 2016, 30 videos have exceeded one billion views, of which two have exceeded two billion views, with "Gangnam Style" ranked in the top position.<ref>{{cite web | url = http://www.billboard.com/articles/news/6842798/billion-views-youtube-videos-club | title = A Billion Views on YouTube? As of September 2016, Justin Bieber and Taylor Swift are the only users with three videos in the top 40, with Bieber having all three of his videos in the top 25, making him the only person to have three videos which exceed a billion views each. Katy Perry, Adele, Ellie Goulding and Psy all have two of their videos in the top 40. Perry and Swift both have two videos which exceed 1.5 billion views each.

As of September 2016, a total of 14 videos have at least 1.5 billion views, 30 videos have at least 1 billion views, 41 videos have at least 900 million views, 59 videos have at least 800 million views, 82 videos have at least 700 million views, 113 have at least 600 million views, 155 have at least 500 million views, 219 have at least 400 million views, 334 have at least 300 million views, 670 have at least 200 million views. 1,540 videos have at least 100 million views; on average, this number goes up by 1 every day.

Psy performing "Gangnam Style" in Sydney in 2013. "Gangnam Style" has been the most viewed video on YouTube since November 2012, with over 2.64 billion views as of September 2016.

This list contains the 40 most viewed YouTube videos of all time as derived from YouTube charts.[1] Videos that YouTube suspects have had their view counts manipulated are not included in this list.[2] View counts are based on the YouTube website; many of the videos are music videos that play through YouTube's partner site, Vevo, and YouTube view counts will lag those of Vevo by three or four days.[1] 38 of the videos in this list are music videos, with 30 of them being VEVO videos. Also, all videos in this list have over 900 million views.

These videos include the "Billion View Club", a group of videos whose view counts have exceeded one billion views each. Prior to June 26, 2015, only two videos, "Gangnam Style" and "Baby", had achieved this milestone, but by September 1, 2015, nine videos had done so.[3] As of September 2016, 30 videos have exceeded one billion views, of which two have exceeded two billion views, with "Gangnam Style" ranked in the top position.[4] As of September 2016, the five fastest videos to reach one billion views are "Hello" (89 days), "Sorry" (137 days), "Gangnam Style" (159 days), "See You Again" (184 days), and "Blank Space" (240 days).[3][5][6][7] In addition, it took 516 days for "See You Again" to reach 2 billion views and 684 days for "Gangnam Style" to do so.
