List of the 314 districts of England (English Municipalities) ordered by population, according to estimated figures for mid-2022 est. from the Office for National Statistics.[1]

The list consists of the non-metropolitan districts (188), the London boroughs (32), metropolitan boroughs (36), unitary authorities (55) and those that are labelled as sui generis (2).
