Claremont Township is located in Richland County, Illinois. As of the 2010 census, its population was 855 and it contained 377 housing units.[1]
Geography
According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 44.12 square miles (114.3 km2), of which 44.09 square miles (114.2 km2) (or 99.93%) is land and 0.03 square miles (0.078 km2) (or 0.07%) is water.[1]
