The Sabah State Legislative Assembly (Malay: Dewan Undangan Negeri Sabah) is the state legislature of the Malaysian state of Sabah. It is a unicameral institution, consisting of a total of 60 lawmakers representing single-member constituencies throughout the state.

The unicameral state legislature, whose members are called state assemblymen, convenes at the Legislative Assembly building in Likas, Kota Kinabalu. It has 60 seats with Barisan Nasional forming the majority after the 2013 state election. After the 2013 election the State Legislative Assembly is sitting in its 12th edition. The Barisan Nasional coalition has control over 48 seats in the house while Pakatan Rakyat has 11 seats and State Reform Party has one.

Cabinet

The Cabinet of Sabah forms the executive branch of the state's government. It is led by the Chief Minister of Sabah. The Chief Minister is appointed by the Governor on the basis that he is able to command a majority in the Assembly. He then advises the Governor on the appointment of state ministers. The Chief Minister and his ministers constitute the state cabinet, and share collective responsibility to the Assembly.
