An article you recently created, Kouteizu, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Speedy deletion nomination of Draft:Web I Laboratories, Inc.
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Draft:Web I Laboratories, Inc., requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. The page Draft:Project Management Association of Japan has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appeared to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appeared to be a direct copy from https://www.pmaj.or.jp/ENG/about/mission.html and https://www.pmaj.or.jp/ENG/about/operation.html. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition has been be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

Continuing editing problems
[edit]I have read your post at Talk:Work graph, and found it astonishing. What you said was, in effect, that you know the subject is not yet notable enough for a Wikipedia article, but you think it should be better known, and therefore you created it as a link to a different topic, purely in order to get a mention of it onto Wikipedia, presumably in order to publicise it. That is absolutely incompatible with the principles of Wikipedia. We have content because its topic has already received significant coverage in independent reliable sources. We do not have content on topics which have not received such coverage because we think they deserve to do so, and we wish to make them better known: that is editing for the purpose of promoting the topic, which, as you know, is contrary to Wikipedia policy. I also see that this page is full of messages about material which you have posted which has been considered inappropriate for one or both of the reasons that it is promotional or that it lacks sufficient evidence of substantial coverage to satisfy Wikipedia's notability guidelines. I very strongly advise you to take note of this, because if you continue to edit contrary to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines after receiving so many warnings, you will be blocked from editing by an administrator. JBW (talk) 11:39, 7 September 2022 (UTC)
Wikipedia's conflict of interest guideline
[edit]If you are connected to someone or something you have written about (a few examples are writing about yourself, your business, your band, a member of your family, your client) then you should be aware that Wikipedia's conflict of interest guideline discourages you from writing about that subject. The main reason for that is that experience over the years indicates that editors with such a connection to a subject they are writing about are likely to find it very difficult, or even impossible, to stand back from their writing and see how it will look from the detached perspective of an outsider, so that they are likely to write in ways that look promotional to others, even if they sincerely think they are writing in a neutral way. Also, if your editing forms all or part of work for which you are paid, whether as an employee, as a contractor, or in any other capacity, the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use require you to state who is paying you, and what your connection to them is. (To avoid the possibility of a surprisingly common misunderstanding, editing is part of paid work if it is done as part of normal employment or as part of a work to a contract, whether or not a specific payment earmarked for editing Wikipedia is made.)JBW (talk) 11:43, 7 September 2022 (UTC)
Continuing editing problems (2)
[edit]I see that you are continuing to try to use Wikipedia to promote the concept of "work graphs", by underhand methods. You have attempted to get round the removal of the article relating to it on English Wikipedia by linking to pages which you have created on other Wikimedia projects. You have posted into an article about a business a link to a web page not about that business, but about the subject you are trying to promote. Since I haven't read every one of your edits, I don't know whether there is yet more of the same, but those two examples are enough. Almost all of us, when we start editing Wikipedia, know little or nothing about Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, so nobody can be blamed for starting out doing things that are contrary to policies and guidelines that they don't know about. However, continuing to do the same things after being told about the relevant policies and guidelines is a different matter. If you continue to try to use Wikipedia to promote or publicise anything or anyone you are likely to be blocked from editing. That includes attempting to promote your own ideas, or concepts which you believe deserve to have more attention than they already have. Wikipedia is not a medium for promotion of any kind. JBW (talk) 12:46, 8 September 2022 (UTC)

[edit]Please do not introduce links in actual articles to draft articles, as you did to Work management software. Hello Mocha c jp. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.
Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.
Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Mocha c jp. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Mocha c jp|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}
. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. MrOllie (talk) 13:19, 5 October 2022 (UTC)

Is there a problem of understanding?
[edit]Mocha c jp, you seem to be having difficulty interpreting the abundant feedback you have been receiving concerning you edits to Wikipedia, or even to understand what Wikipedia is for. "It's difficult to interpret. [Wikipedia:Five pillars]" is a vague statement, and I assume it is your own. Is English not your first language? Have you edited a Wikipedia in some other language? You ought to go to the Wikipedia in your first language to see the Five Pillars of Wikipedia in a more familiar linguistic format, as there is no excuse for editing Wikipedia without a basic understanding of what it aims to be and how best to improve it.
Further, "We are careful about copyright and try to improve." seems to suggest that you and your client are collaborating on editing Wikipedia. You haven't been too careful about copyright in the past, and nobody here is of the impression that your efforts to "improve" have been productive. - I participate in the editing of some software pages. I would like to reflect what I have investigated and examined for the purpose of managing my work.
- I don't think it's related to paid and/or conflict of interest. Mocha c jp (talk) 23:23, 17 October 2022 (UTC)
- Mocha c jp, That's quite a non-answer. Surely you don't expect Wikipedia to buy stuff like "I don't think it's related to paid and/or conflict of interest." Nobody is asking your personal opinion, so please keep it to yourself. You are conveying a strong impression of COI and a willingness to be dishonest about it. We are asking an unambiguous question, for which there are only two possible answers. I think you know what I mean. Please give an answer very soon to the above question, clearly and in your own words.
- Also, your Wikipedia user name is very similar to mochainc.co.jp.--Quisqualis (talk) 06:13, 18 October 2022 (UTC)

- ”Paid and/or conflict of interest
- You have been asked more than once if you have a personal or paid connection to any of the articles you have attempted to create.” I don't understand your question. Please tell me how to deal with it a little more concretely. another matter, I have no relationship with this (https://mochainc.co.jp/).

Request reason:
Target: Asana, Inc. page Issue: copyright policy and policies regarding how to use non-free content *I made 15 edits between June 3rd and 7th (details are unavailable as they have been deleted) Cause: I made a serious mistake this time, where I was hasty in adding information that I, presumptuously, thought to be beneficial, leading to extremely careless actions such as copy-pasting. Countermeasure: I have re-read and endeavored to understand the above guidelines, particularly the part about using external information. Moving forward, I will double-check citations from external materials with utmost care to prevent any inappropriate posts. Request: Based on my experience, there are several things I want to revise and add, primarily about welding and PM. Therefore, I would like to participate in page editing once again, with a keen eye on adhering to copyright laws. Request reason:
Once again, I hope to restore access to Wikipedia. I would like to continue to contribute to the improvement of Wikipedia, even if it is a small effort, so please consider doing so. I deeply regret my inappropriate behavior this time. The cause of this time is not only lack of knowledge about copyright, but also lack of deep understanding. After you pointed out this time, I re-read the related materials and tried to understand them. Based on the above, I would like to answer the question from the other day as follows.
- What is copyright?
Copyright is a legal term that describes the rights that the creator (person or organization) has over the material (document, image, etc.) created. Objects include texts, pictures, sculptures, blueprints of objects, and computer programs. Under the laws of most countries, copyright is granted automatically from the moment of creation without the need for registration. Generally, the creator (or its assignees) has the exclusive right to use, distribute, display, or modify the work.
- How is Wikipedia licensed?
Wikipedia content is licensed under CC BY-SA 3.0. The purpose of this license is to encourage free distribution and use of the information and to ensure that authors receive credit for their work.
- Why doesn't Wikipedia allow copyrighted content?
Wikipedia is dedicated to the free dissemination of knowledge, and its content is defined so that anyone can reuse it. Use of copyrighted content without obtaining the necessary permission or license may violate the rights of the copyright owner. This goes against Wikipedia's mission to provide free and unlimited access to knowledge.
- When can I use copyrighted content?
Content may be used with the permission of the copyright holder. The fair use doctrine permits limited use of copyrighted material without the owner's permission. Fair use generally applies to criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, or research. Once the copyright expires, the work becomes public domain and can be used without permission. Some of the works are licensed under terms that allow reuse, such as the Creative Commons License. These licenses often permit the use, sharing, or modification of the work, as long as you give credit to the original creator and follow other specified conditions.
- How do you plan to avoid violating the copyright policy in the future?
When I provide information, I will properly attribute the information. I never use copyrighted content as-is. As a specific method of my response, I am thinking of proposing additions and corrections on her TALK page in advance and confirming and adjusting them through meetings. I choose not to arbitrarily implement changes before others have agreed to edits.
Finally, and most importantly, I always remind myself that my role is not to mass copy or paraphrase copyrighted content. Thank you very much for checking my poor article. Mocha c jp (talk) 02:50, 24 July 2023 (UTC)
Decline reason:
Okay, this is copy and paste from somewhere, not your own words, which points out that you still like plagiarizing which is the problem with copy vios. Declined. TonyBallioni (talk) 04:52, 30 July 2023 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
Why does the response to the last question contain "we"? Are there multiple people using this account? Z1720 (talk) 18:53, 23 July 2023 (UTC)
- This is not my intentional description. Fixed some typos in my post. please confirm. Mocha c jp (talk) 02:50, 24 July 2023 (UTC)
- I'm concerned that there was this type of error in your unblock request, which makes me believe that you are not being careful in your responses. Please ensure that the responses are what you actually want to say. I also looked through discussions above, as well as the information that you added to Asana Inc., and I have multiple concerns that you will need to address before an unblock is considered. Some questions are listed below:
- When you say, "and confirming and adjusting them through meetings." What do you mean when you say meetings?
- Please read WP:COI (short version WP:COIE) again. Do you have any conflict of interests with Asana Inc., Kouteizu, Web I Laboratories, Inc., Atlassian, or any other articles you have edited?
- Can you please describe, in your own words, the behaviour that led to your block, why it was inappropriate, and what you would do next time in order to fix it?
- Thanks, Z1720 (talk) 21:51, 24 July 2023 (UTC)
- Thank you for your consideration. Also, thank you for your pertinent questions.
- I apologize for my poor writing. I will reply again, so please give me a little time. Mocha c jp (talk) 03:47, 26 July 2023 (UTC)
- I apologize for the careless description in my previous unblocking application. In the future, I will pay even more attention and strive to perform thorough checks before posting. The thoughts I explained in the previous unblocking application document were my own personal thoughts. My description of "and confirming and adjusting them through meetings" was meant to say "confirming and adjusting them through the talk page."
- I have read the "WP:COI (short version WP:COIE)" page again and have tried to understand it fully.
- I want to emphasize that the past posts you have highlighted (Asana Inc., Kouteizu, Web I Laboratories, Inc., Atlassian, or any other articles) do not have any conflict of interest with me. The reason my past postings are high on these subjects is because these areas have been a personal interest and passion of mine for over 20 years.
- The act that led to my blocking this time was that I was in a hurry to write about the new information of "Asana Inc." and carelessly quoted it. This mistake on my part stemmed from my desire to share immediately, believing that new information would be of great interest to others.
- To prevent me from making similar mistakes in the future, as I mentioned above, I will incorporate other people's opinions on the talk page, change the content accordingly, and get approval before editing directly. Alternatively, I will ask others to edit through the talk page. Mocha c jp (talk) 12:49, 30 July 2023 (UTC)
- Thanks, Z1720 (talk) 21:51, 24 July 2023 (UTC)
