I want your opinion on an article
Us at WP:AUTO are debating whether or not the article List of automobiles notable for negative reception should be deleted or kept. Seeing as you are active in maintaining List of video games notable for negative reception, we want your opinion on the matter. Any input from you or anyone else who is active involved in looking after that article would be greatly appreciated! Karrmann (talk) 09:32, 17 October 2015 (UTC)

Your 2015 November 03 message re BlackBerry Priv
The copyrighted image removed today was not posted by me. You must have confused me with someone else. Thanks for engaging on the Talk page. I don't agree with your edit because I noticed the weird activity history on this page while doing link rot prevention, where would I present it? Not sure if it would be that Talk page or the Noticeboard. Any guidance would be appreciated.--MattyMetalFan (talk) 16:01, 5 November 2015 (UTC)
- Thanks again for responding, nobody ever responds to my Talk page suggestions. I proposed on the Talk page that we take out someone quoting themselves, but as I have dove into the American hard rock musical groups category, I see there is a "look the other way" attitude to give these entries free passes that would otherwise be taken down. Especially the older groups where the press clippings aren't archived and it is hard to find references, plus niche music like this group.
I also referred to the entry intro about the song. I never heard of them before coming across this entry in the category but what I'm saying is pro or con, it is saying they are all about one song (one-hit wonder) and prior to your recent edits was overly negative. Since this music doesn't generally chart it seemed like a selective inclusion. That is my objection. Should I post my "weird activity" findings here? It is actually in reference to the fluff but I saw something else that was a miss.--MattyMetalFan (talk) 21:17, 5 November 2015 (UTC)
I've nominated Eaten Alive (TV special) for Good article status. Would you like to be added as a co-nominator? Either way, you are certainly welcome and encouraged to keep an eye on the review, especially since you constructed the article. I certainly don't want to claim credit for your work, but since my previous inquiries on your talk page went unanswered, I figured I'd go ahead and nominate the article and see what happens. Thanks again for your work on this article! ---Another Believer (Talk) 19:12, 10 November 2015 (UTC)

Your undo of edit to Windows 10
Hi ViperSnake151, Thank you for helping keep the Windows 10 article up to guidelines. You've removed my recent edit regarding Easy Transfer removal, and I agree that the source provided was not enough. I've looked for more reliable sources, and have found for example: http://money.cnn.com/2015/08/06/technology/windows10-transfer-files-pc/index.html http://winsupersite.com/windows-10/options-moving-your-files-apps-and-personality-windows-10-pcs Both clearly state that Easy Transfer is no longer available.
Should we apply those sources and revert the revert? Or should I look for better sources?

Hello to you. I would like to ask you about the return of Disney Junior that started on December 1, 2015. Seeing that you have good edits in the past about this topic, I need some suggestions. Guideline on excluding a type of article from navboxes
- WP:ADVICEPAGE real guideline. You may find it easier and less frustrating to simply avoid these type of templates. There has been a long-standing problem with ownership of templates from this project. You will also find that a few editors simply cant keep up with the masses...links usually get reinstated over time by others. -- Moxy (talk) 17:52, 21 December 2015 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of FHRITP
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on FHRITP, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to have no meaningful content or history, and the text is unsalvageably incoherent. If the page you created was a test, please use the sandbox for any other experiments you would like to do.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. RE Motorola Mobility
Hi,
I recently added some information which is relevant to Motorola mobility, though it was later removed. I intend to add it as many times, as I consider is closer to what is being said about the brand on the internet and over the recent news we got.
1. The brand license agreement is something relevant to the brand and that's an important part so that people understand what Motorola clarified when it said "the legacy and goodwill will also continue through its licensees". 2. It is also relevant that Motorola Mobility also produced cordless phones, baby monitors, bluetooth accesories, set top boxes, and cable modems. 3. I added some information about Motorola's 2012 and 2013 products which was also deleted. How is this not relevant to the page? If so, then you should also take out the whole RAZR V3 section which also mentions Slvr L7 and Pebl U6 as these aren't even from Motorola Mobility but are from Motorola, Inc. which died in 2011 when the companies split. Then the whole page should just start talking about the Atrix devices which were the first for Motorola Mobility, not even the 2009 Droid phones which were from Motorola Inc. I don't understand what's wrong with me adding information about the 2012 Razr phones which are important products of Motorola Mobility.
I need some clarification on this. And I'm willing to keep writing because I do know a lot about the company, so I want to help writing a good page. I think my work was good, but maybe we can agree on some points for futher writing of the page.
Regards,

DYK for The Indigo Book
On 23 April 2016, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article The Indigo Book, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that The Indigo Book is a public domain version of the Bluebook? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/The Indigo Book. You are welcome to check how many page hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, The Indigo Book), and it may be added to the statistics page if the total is over 5,000. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.

KAL to Korala Associates Limited
I think you made a mistake redirecting this page https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=KAL_(Korala_Associates_Limited)&redirect=no to this one https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Korala_Associates_Limited as the company is actually called KAL now (historically it may have been Korala Associates Limited - which is why that was in brackets - but not any more). I cannot undo though as far as I can see.
If you look on their website etc. no mention of the old name - http://www.kal.com/en/ - they are called KAL ATM Software.
Thanks for your help. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Tectectec (talk • contribs) 12:40, 27 April 2016 (UTC)
I have reverted your removal of the non-free file in this article again per longstanding use of it in the article and consensus at previous FFD discussions to include it in the album article. When your changes are against longstanding consensus, you are the one who is required to obtain new consensus for your changes. Chase (talk | contributions) 01:40, 29 April 2016 (UTC)

Could you explain this edit? Do you think that the image only contains licensed parts of Android? Are background images like the one on the screenshot typically part of the licensed parts of Androids? --Stefan2 (talk) 20:22, 15 May 2016 (UTC)
Edit on Time Warner Cable
With all due respect Time Warner Cable is not defunct and not a transitional brand, it will use the Charter Spectrum brand but will be separately incorporated subsidiary. Therefore the article shouldn't say its defunct. YborCityJohn (talk) 19:31, 18 May 2016 (UTC)
- Actually I've worked in the corporate environment for over 30 years and for companies like Bright House Networks and Time Warner and I tell you from personal experience that when a company is usually acquired it remains a separately incorporate entity which is what is happening with Bright House Networks and Time Warner Cable. What I dislike (again no disrespect) is people who don't understand the corporate world and just assume that a company is automatically defunct because is was acquired by another company which is 99.999% wrong and yes I understand that original research is not allow on Wikipedia. YborCityJohn (talk) 20:16, 18 May 2016 (UTC)
My worry is that there's some content which is published on the website which isn't published in the newspaper; what makes you so sure that this was written for the newspaper, and not for the website? I searched Nexis and couldn't find this particular content in the newspaper. If it wasn't written for the newspaper, is your wording not (strictly speaking) inaccurate? (Also, BRD?)
