- 10 - A series of terrorist attacks killed more than 100 people in Quetta.[1]
- 6 Death of Qazi Hussain Ahmed, a political leader, Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami pakistan.

- 9 - Thousands of angry protestors set ablaze more than 100 houses of Pakistani Christians over a blasphemy row in the eastern city of Lahore. Over 3,000 Muslim protestors turned violent over derogatory remarks allegedly made by a young Christian, Sawan Masih, 28 against Prophet Muhammad in a Christian neighbourhood in Badami Bagh area.
- Mir Hazar Khan Khoso is appointed as caretaker Prime Minister of Pakistan from 25 March effectively, following the completion of the PPP-led government's term in office. Khoso will oversee the general elections scheduled in May.[2]

- Nawaz Sharif is elected as Prime Minister of Pakistan, following the Pakistan Muslim League (N)'s victory in the 2013 general election. Sharif took oath as Prime Minister on 5 June.

Some are Local and some are Islamic events like Ramzan, Eid-ul-Fitar and Eid-ul-Azha, Shabe baraat, Ashora and Eid Milad-un-Nabi etc. There are also Non-Religious Events celebrated in Pakistan like Holi, Diwali, Dashehra by Hindus and Christmas by Christians of Pakistan
October have 4 Events in this year. Lok Melas are starting from October 3 in Islamabad. The main events in this months are Hajj and Eid ul Azha on October 16 to 18 (Three Days). Chowmas is also started from October 18 in Chitral
