This page is intended to get attention quickly when dealing with personal attacks. It is not intended to serve as a form of mediation or a type of RFC. Only Personal attacks are dealt with on this page, on their own merits in accordance with Wikipedia's No Personal Attacks policy For editors who want a personal attack situation reviewed: Consider that in most cases, ignoring the attack is better than requesting sanction against the attacker. Do not report people if you are likewise guilty of hostility towards them. Make sure the user has actually commited a personal attack. (Please note that "personal attacks" are defined only under the WP:NPA policy. If a statement is not considered a personal attack under the intended spirit of this policy, it does not belong here.) The editor must have been warned earlier. The {{npa2}}, and {{npa3}} templates may be appropriate for new users; for long-term editors, it's preferable to write something rather than using a standard template. Reports of unwarned editors may be removed. If the behavior hasn't stopped, add the following header to the New Reports section of this page in the following format: ==={{User|NAME OF USER}}=== replacing NAME OF USER with the user name or IP address concerned, with a brief reason for listing below. Be sure to include diffs. If an editor removes the IP or username and doesn't handle the matter to your satisfaction, take it to the editor's talk page or the administrators' noticeboard, but do not re-list the user here. I am an ex-member of an Eastern-based cult organization called the Brahma Kumaris that teaches and believes in World Destruction by Nuclear Holocaust, the incarnation of God into their founder, that they are the only true messangers, that they and they alone will inherit heaven on earth etc, etc etc. All the usual stuff. I have been documenting the group on the Wikipedia as a matter of public interest. Under the protection granted for personal attack under relgious persecution I wouldike to ask to have comments made and this Brahma Kumari teacher stopped from making them. He has gone on a campaign of exposure cross posting on public forums for recovering members attempting to expose and connect my IP address with administrators or contributors of it and publishing email on the Wikipedia in an unsubstantiate manner. I have not issued the npa shortcut and I did write extensive about personal attacks, explain why and asking him to remove all his offending and revealing statments. I have not removed any offending statements for fear of criticism but consider that I am under a "shoot the messanger" type attack where the cult cannot kill the message. I have gone out of my way to provide clear referencable citations.

He seems to have enrolled an ally searchin man who goes on to call me a " most bitter and twisted element ".

Is a violation of WP:NPA and is an attack against myself. he has made similar attacks before in his edit summaries to the Kancha Ilaiah article I have warned him but he has reverted the change with a threatening edit summary.

He has made threats of libel and bogus defwarns against me before Here: [2]

He changed his stance suddenly and said that the edits were "in bad faith" whereas all good faith efforts were made

Here: [4] When another user reverted the changes back, he makes accusations of libel, which, I believe, constitute a legal threat and are a violation of Wikipedia: No legal threats.

Then he made allegations in the talk page that did not even make any coherent sense to me (or, for that matter, to any of the other involved parties).

In other edits , he said "revert as per talk page", yet no legitimate reason was provided in the talk page, nor a single coherent sentence that qualifies as a logical argument.

I repeatedly requested him to debate the matter sensibly, but he has just kept re-iterating his accusations in the article talk page.

• The point of this page is to halt current personal attacks with brief blocks. Since this appears to be more of an on-going problem, perhaps dispute resolution would be a better option? Shell ^babelfish 12:24, 31 August 2006 (UTC)

The dispute is already being mediated by a user User:Ben W Bell. My complaint here is not regarding the dispute. It is regarding his incivil tone and his personal attacks, which I feel must be addressed independent of the ongoing dispute resolution process.Hkelkar 13:34, 31 August 2006 (UTC)

I assume good faith that user:Hkelkar is perhaps a very new user and does not know much about wikipedia policies so he keeps repeating mistakes like this.since none of the diffs suggest any policy violation,The complaint should soon be closed and this person be asked to stop misguiding others.HW 13:43, 31 August 2006 (UTC)

• It would be best if everyone worked with the mediator to resolve the dispute. In the meantime, please try to remain civil with each other and focus your comments on the article itself, not on the other editors.
