This list details chief ministers of Indian states and union territories who have served for the longest years consecutively or otherwise.

This list includes chief ministers who have served for more than 10 years in office.[1][2][a]

As of April 2023, 46 ministers have served for more than 10 years; of which only four have been female chief ministers: Sheila Dikshit (Delhi), J. Jayalalithaa (Tamil Nadu), Mamata Banerjee (West Bengal), and Vasundhara Raje (Rajasthan). Pawan Kumar Chamling has served five consecutive terms as Chief Minister of Sikkim completing a total of more than 24 years of tenure; the highest so far. Of the 46, five ministers are incumbent and continue to serve.
