Richland Grove Township is located in Mercer County, Illinois. As of the 2010 census, its population was 2,300 and it contained 965 housing units.[1]

Geography

According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 36.59 square miles (94.8 km2), of which 36.34 square miles (94.1 km2) (or 99.32%) is land and 0.25 square miles (0.65 km2) (or 0.68%) is water.[1]
