Tremont Township is located in Tazewell County, Illinois. As of the 2010 census, its population was 2,641 and it contained 1,043 housing units.[1]

Geography

According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 35.06 square miles (90.8 km2), of which 34.96 square miles (90.5 km2) (or 99.71%) is land and 0.11 square miles (0.28 km2) (or 0.31%) is water.[1]
