Report active, obvious, and persistent vandals and spammers here.

Before reporting, read the spam and vandalism pages, as well as the AIV guide. To submit, edit this page and follow the instructions at the top of the "User-reported" section. For other issues, file a request for administrator attention. Important! The edits of the user must be obvious vandalism or obvious spam. Except for egregious cases, the user must have been given enough warning(s). The warning(s) must have been given recently and there must be reasonable grounds to believe the user(s) will further disrupt the site in the immediate future. If you decide that a report should be filed place the following template at the bottom of the User-reported section: * {{Vandal|Example user or IP}} Your concise reason (e.g. vandalised past 4th warning). ~~~~ Requests for further sanctions against a blocked user (e.g., talk page, e-mail blocks) should be made at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents. Reports of sockpuppetry should be made at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations unless the connection between the accounts is obvious and disruption is recent and ongoing. This noticeboard can grow and become backlogged. Stale reports are automatically cleared by MDanielsBot after 4–8 hours with no action. User-reported

• Skyblue100 (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · nuke contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log) – actions evidently indicate a vandalism-only account. Less than two weeks after a one-week block, has been on a spree of adding loosely and unrelated links to the See Also sections in numerous articles. The one I initially came across was the addition of East Asia to the article on Madagascar with this edit, reprising this previous edit and this one, in one case as User:Asia believer and in the other case without logging in. Based on the Madagascar = East Asia vandalism, this connects this user with another act of vandalism under that IP address, [[1]], on the same day, with this edit to Tardigrade.

  Other egregious examples in his current run include spamming Union for the Mediterranean to a large number of articles including such a tenuously related one as Atlas Mountains; the random addition of Culture of Turkey and Culture of Egypt to Culture of Somali, and Media of Turkey and Media of Egypt to Media of Somalia, and Indian cuisine to Somali cuisine; adding Red Sea to Economy of Sudan; and spamming links for several international organizations across swaths of articles, often with little or no connection (with at least what one might consider two degrees of separation from the article's topic, such as when adding links for international organizations to articles for arbitrary locations and geographic features within participating countries), and sometimes removing legitimately relevant links, such as in the case of Indian Ocean, where this user removed Somali piracy while adding African Union, Friends of the African Union, Intergovernmental Authority on Development, and D-8_Organization for Economic Cooperation with these edits.

  As I write this, the user is adding Union for the Mediterranean to articles for arbitrary cities that lie on the Mediterranean and, just now, to European Broadcast Union. Largoplazo (talk) 15:18, 5 May 2018 (UTC)
