Re:BIAL
Looks like the person thought (s)he was in possession of some "breaking news", and couldn't wait to share it with the world (remember the Vodafone ads?) ;-) I've identified the person - it was an anon - and left a message on their talk page. Keep up the patrolling! Regards, SBC-YPR (talk) 14:46, 23 April 2009 (UTC)
- Temporary truce. Please keep the discussion going, because I won't be around for a couple of weeks due to RL commitments. If you arrive at a consensus, implement it. All the best, and take care! Regards, SBC-YPR (talk) 12:39, 28 April 2009 (UTC)
Hey!
Hey, I've been inactive on WP for a long time now and so I saw your messages only now. I am not sure about how to use Devanagari script; would be better to visit the Hindi Wikipedia to see how they do it. User hash can be generated through --~~~~ (four tildes). As far as RBI goes, i personally feel that it is better to have the page (for that matter, any page) leading to an article rather than a disambiguation page; I am not too bothered about what page it leads to as long as the decision is arrived at through consensus. Hope this helps! --Gurubrahma (talk) 13:04, 24 April 2009 (UTC)

Edits
Do you mean the the edits at Bengaluru International Airport? The phrase "operated by" in this case just means the routes flowne are operated for the parent airline by the subsidiary, or even by another airline altogether. Which is the third city? Please add the name and ref - I couldn't find it. Also, the Skybus Metro has never been commercially implemented - what you see in Margao is merely a test track that has lain unused for the last couple of years. Regards, SBC-YPR (talk) 12:42, 28 April 2009 (UTC)

Favicons
I collect favicons. At the moment I have over 3300 of them. A few of them are 'orphans': I do not know the sites they came from.
I you think you could help, and want to do me a big favor, please have a look at them.
Thanks! Debresser (talk) 20:17, 8 January 2009 (UTC)

- There are only 30 there. Those are my "orphans". The rest I have with links to their pages. Thanks, I'll be looking out for your reaction. Debresser (talk) 10:56, 21 May 2009 (UTC)
- I think I recognise a few of them, I'm trying to remember which ones those are. I have a strange feeling that the last one might belong to an anitspyware/av company as yahoo antispyware hade a similar logo. --Rsrikanth05 (talk) 15:22, 3 June 2009 (UTC)

HI
i didnt mean to remove the info, i just meant to change the image with another. If u go to the bus section the same caption describes a more developed india image. If you look at the pakistan or bangladesh transport pages they show off their most advanced buses while our pages always show the undeveloped part of india. please go thru the page, i would like to think that i have made it let me say made more little more appealing to the eyes. thnaks--Enthusiast10 (talk) 17:29, 23 May 2009 (UTC)

RE:KK
Thanks. I loved his "Nenaithu Nenaithu" song from 7G and that started my search for his picture. I got lucky in this instance getting the author to change the license from a CC-non-commerical to a regular CC. There are some good souls out there. See comments at [2]. I got Resul Pookutty's picture from the same author. Pictures, they make a world of difference for an article. Regards, Ganeshk (talk) 02:56, 11 June 2009 (UTC)
Speedy deletion tagging
Could you please review the criteria for speedy deletion, particularly G1, before tagging any more articles? The last four articles you tagged did not meet the specified criteria (although I did delete one for a different reason). Thank you. -- Ed (Edgar181) 14:46, 11 June 2009 (UTC)
A-7d
It should be just A-7: "An article about a real person, an organization (e.g. band, club, company, etc., except schools), or web content that does not indicate why its subject is important or significant. This is distinct from verifiability and reliability of sources, and is a lower standard than notability. This criterion applies only to articles about web content and to articles about people and organizations themselves, not to articles about their books, albums, software and so on. The criterion does not apply to any article that makes any credible claim of significance or importance even if the claim is not supported by a reliable source. If the claim's credibility is unclear, you can improve the article yourself, propose deletion, or list the article at articles for deletion.". I think the "d" was a typo. Niteshift36 (talk) 16:19, 11 June 2009 (UTC)
- It should be A-7 on WP:CSD. I meant to type A-7ed, the the e slipped out, as Niteshift36 says, a typo. -SpacemanSpiff (talk) 16:51, 11 June 2009 (UTC)

Hi. Just a note re this edit; per WP:BLANKING, editors are permitted to remove warnings from their own talk pages, it's taken as signifying that they have read and understood the message. While a few of us were involved in editing Transport in India and taking it to GA-status, it was your relentless zeal and unflagging determination that saw the article grow from strength to strength. Today, if the article is a far cry from what it was a few months back, a substantial portion of the credit goes to you. Thank you for inspiring me with your enthusiasm to contribute in my small way to the article - you deserve every point of this star. Keep up the great work. Re: PSMT
Since PSMT is an extinct line, it may not be appropriate to place it on Transport in India - if you look around for closed railways/tramways, there would probably be too many to add into the article. It would be more appropriate to incorporate it into History of rail transport in India. Regards, SBC-YPR (talk) 06:49, 6 July 2009 (UTC)
Adoption
A user is adopted only when he himself wishes to be. I see that you already suggested Msnanda to put himself for adoption. Re:User Msnanda
Hello, I'm leaving a message regarding the adoption of this user. I'd love to help, if he/she weree a serious Wikipedia contributor; however, (I'll stick to he for now) he has been quite distruptive and rude with his edits, a lot of which are bordering on vandalism. I doubt I'll be accepting him as an adoptee anytime soon. I'll leave him a message on his talk page to see if he's interested in being an adoptee, and if he gives me a positive reply, I suppose I'll take him in. If not, I will do nothing more, as much as I'd love to help you. By the way, I've taken a look at your edits in Wikipedia; ou're doing great. Cheers, Zacharycrimsonwolf 16:19, 1 August 2009 (UTC)
DB error
The DB error with the English wikipedia seems to be a concern. You can mention this at the technical village pump and see what they have to say.
And as that edit counters are working fine with the other language wikis, your name comes up in the Hindi wiki because you seem to have created an identical account name there. Jay (talk) 03:36, 2 August 2009 (UTC)

What does it matter to you what we Punjabi Khatris keep or not, even when the article is credible? I will talk to Cirt very soon to reverse this. Give me your reasons why please man?? I really just don't understand...
Thanks,
--KhatriNYC (talk) 04:33, 9 September 2009 (UTC)
- Partly because the lists were crap, could have been better. BOTH were the same thing, and plus YOU can have it as a category. Talk to cirt, I don't think you'll get anything. You really want to do something? Ask him to userfy it for you, make it look better and maybe it MAY stay. --Rsrikanth05 (talk) 13:10, 9 September 2009 (UTC)

Regarding the edit comment you made on Raaj-The Showman
Actually I do have a username, but my work computer rejects cookies. I've been here a long time.
Now for your other contention: the tagging has nothing to do with the nationality of films (and had you looked at my contribution history, you'd notice a wide range of subjects being tagged for expansion, references, or demonstrations of notability). It has everything to do with Wikipedia policies, like verifiability, notability, and the citation of Reliable sources. I could just as easily have been your countryman or one from Hong Kong - the rules are the same regarding Wikipedia content. Please don't be peeved by the tags: use them to improve your article. I'm looking forward toward the result. Best wishes, 147.70.242.54 (talk) 21:18, 15 September 2009 (UTC)
- NOT, like I care. I created that article JUST because I was asked to [I don't know Kannada, don't want to as well.].. --Rsrikanth05 (talk) 06:40, 16 September 2009 (UTC)
Steel Reserve
Hello.
I feel your reversion of the stated page was unwarranted. The Ramones were notoriously anti-commercial and noting their Steel Reserve jingles, now infamous in popular culture, is significant to both music history and to the history of the product in question. I was astonished it wasn't featured on the page, and I feel it should be. 67.184.127.168 (talk) 07:55, 16 September 2009 (UTC)
Yes, but you aded a youtube link, and there were no relaible refs provided, so I reverted them . --Rsrikanth05 (talk) 07:56, 16 September 2009 (UTC)
You won't violate 3RR if you're reverting clear vandalism. :-) -- Mentifisto 08:15, 16 September 2009 (UTC)
Re: Thanks
You're welcome! Thank you for reverting my userpage as well! He won't be disturbing us anymore :) --Tgv8925 (talk) 08:19, 16 September 2009 (UTC)

Hiberno English - college
I wasn't experimenting, how on earth would you deduce that? It was a sourced edit. And being that I'm Irish, a pertinent one. Return my edit please, it is a valuable addition as college is used in Ireland in a different way to British English.
As an Indian English speaker I would ask to you to examine whether I am right or not before deleting my post. My quoted sources proves that I am. Your dialect is completely different to mine.
Therefore, return it at once please. --86.131.125.192
- I was using Huggle accidentally, [not the first time] I do make quite a few unwarranted reverts. But hey I'm Human, to err is human.. At the same time, I hope you do realise that my edit has nothing to do with the fact that I speak Indian English.. --Rsrikanth05 (talk) 09:42, 17 September 2009 (UTC)

Heh, no worries - it looks like we just overlapped each other reverting that vandal (who is now blocked). All the best, and thank you for your work in maintaining our encyclopedia. EyeSerenetalk 08:57, 18 September 2009 (UTC)

You should know that emtying categories "out of order" is not the right procedure. Discuss categories at wp:cfd and wait for the result. Debresser (talk) 17:14, 21 September 2009 (UTC)
Final Warning?
Why did you issue me with a "final" warning for changing [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Mite&oldid=315348475 this edit (with the text "suck my wang") to the previous version?
I'm assuming that this was a simple mistake (I've made a couple!). If so, I would be grateful if you would remove the warning from my talk page - I'm assuming that it was a simple error while using Huggle!

Sorry, that WArn WAS A MAJOR error on my part. Sorry, I'm really sorry. --Rsrikanth05 (talk) 19:34, 21 September 2009 (UTC)
- Thanks! I've done that a couple of times with Huggle - it's only a major error if it's not remedied! - we just need to be as careful as possible. Regards, -- PhantomSteve (Contact Me, My Contribs) 19:35, 21 September 2009 (UTC)
Removal of erroneous information.
I left a blank space here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gospel_of_Judas#Scholarly_debates because there is no reason for April's information to be there. The New York Times "Article" is merely an online opinion post. http://www.nytimes.com/2007/12/01/opinion/01deconink.html?_r=2&oref=slogin
Daimon is very clearly used to be NOT a demon in gnostic texts. Her lack of supportive references outside of her personal opinion blog deem it necessary to remove.

Re: Warning
Hi, no worries - I've had a couple of times that that has happened using Huggle - but as you did, I noticed it and remedied it! It happens when two editors revert an edit near enough at the same time! -- PhantomSteve (Contact Me, My Contribs) 10:41, 23 September 2009 (UTC)
- Sadly, while it asks for confirmation for reverting edits by whitelisted users, it doesn't do the same about warning them.. I thik I'll request it.. --Rsrikanth05 (talk) 10:43, 23 September 2009 (UTC)

Before you recklessly revert edits you should check the entire history for an entry. I was specifically told by a mediator at the Wikipedia Mediation Cabal to go ahead and make the edits that I saw fit to make on this entry. I did just that and within a couple of hours you undid that revision. Please refrain from further efforts to edit this entry until you understand the history of the entry. DNA
- You very quickly reverted some comments I'd put on DNA virus - I thought it odd that the page had "Family Adenoviridae - includes viruses which cause human adenovirus infection" but no comment next to papilloma virus. Why did you think my edit was unconstructive?
--128.40.255.6
- YOU'RE supposed to contact me on THIS page. That oage is for experienced editors to review my edits.. Also, WIKIPEDIA is NOT a blog/directory/or a place to put up YOUR comments, find a blog to do that.. --Rsrikanth05 (talk) 10:19, 30 September 2009 (UTC)
Sorry, I misunderstood "This user has asked for Wikipedians to give them feedback at an editor review. You may comment on his edits at Wikipedia:Editor review/Rsrikanth05." I was actually going to ask you on this page before I saw that at the top.
I'm not sure why you think my comments are less worthy than the other I mentioned. I tried to make a second edit to add links to HPV but you had already reverted the comment before. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 128.40.255.6 (talk) 10:23, 30 September 2009 (UTC)
You made the revert in less than 2 minutes and now aren't responding to a polite reply. I'll wait a few more minutes and then undo your revert.
