Disney XD (formerly Toon Disney) is a Japanese cable and satellite television channel owned by The Walt Disney Company that mostly airs children's animated television series. It also broadcasts in English audio using a secondary audio programming.

History

Toon Disney was started on December 1, 2005

On August 1, 2009, Toon Disney was replaced by Disney XD.

Jetix

Jetix was a television programming block on Toon Disney, with thirty-five hours of content shown per week. It launched with Toon Disney.[1]
