In 2000, Unilever Philippines, Inc. acquired CMC as a result of parent Unilever's acquisition of CPC International, parent company of CMC.[1][2]

Lady's Choice is a food brand that offers a range of food products, including peanut butter, salad dressings, and jams. It can be found in Malaysia, the Philippines, and Singapore.[3]
