Jimmy Eat World[edit]

Hey there, I've been watching the Jimmy Eat World album articles for years now, and it's nice to see someone actually working on the articles some. They have rarely been edited, as you can see.

Do you plan to get these articles to GA or something? That's what it's kind of look liking.

Now I'll go ahead and change genres around (with sources, of course) and make other changes as I see fit. Kokoro20 (talk) 21:32, 10 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Out of the Blue[edit]

It would be better if you used the article's talk page to explain yourself, rather than edit warring. Also, you need to change that comma back into a semicolon because otherwise it creates a run on sentence. -- Scjessey (talk) 12:33, 11 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Ways to improve Nuisance (album)[edit]

Hi, I'm Robvanvee. Yeepsi, thanks for creating Nuisance (album)!

I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. Good job!

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse. Robvanvee 17:12, 1 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I just wanted to let you know that I have the USA pressing of the Watching the Wheels single in my 45rpm single's collection and the B-Side is Yoko Ono's "Yes, I'm Your Angel", not "Beautiful Boy (Darling Boy)" Yes, it is the USA pressing and not the UK pressing. I even checked Discogs regarding this song and even that says the same thing. Here's the Discogs page for it, although there is a listing that has "Beautiful Boy (Darling Boy)" on it with "Watching the Wheels", but the vast majority of the list here on this has "Yes, I'm Your Angel" as it's B-Side:

http://www.discogs.com/John-Lennon-Watching-The-Wheels/master/479901

I just thought that I would let you know and share this. ThanksFrschoonover (talk) 04:13, 15 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Gold Steps Single[edit]

Okay instead of going back and forth, why is it so hard for you to accept that it's a single? They said it themselves, the radio who first played it called it one, and there's gonna be a music video. SuperSilver901

FA comments[edit]

Hey Yeepsi, are you available for some input at my FA nominee? The article is about Metallica's debut Kill 'Em All, and since you do albums, I thought to give you a call. All the best.--Retrohead (talk) 11:23, 24 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi @Retrohead: I'd love to, but I don't think I'd have an eagle eye as lot of other FA reviewers/commenters do. (Which is why I stay more around the GA area of things...) I wish you all the best on the FA nom though! Yeepsi (talk) 16:05, 24 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Another user seems to have reverted. I'm not going to make anymore edits on the page, lest things turn into an edit war. Yeepsi (talk)
It already is an edit war. All kinds of IPs that have never edited and also user pages that are all showing up on the same day. Its like sock puppet city over there. CombatMarshmallow (talk) 04:50, 8 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
There is just no Logical way IPs such as this that have never edited before would have interest in a page that doesn't exist, all edits done Today https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Contributions/109.159.28.186 CombatMarshmallow (talk) 05:16, 8 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
This one has done three edits. All "easycore" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Contributions/50.134.2.66 . Its also Strange that someone would even create a page for the name of a "Tour". ...I know you've been over there in the past so Im glad to be able to share this with you now. CombatMarshmallow (talk) 05:19, 8 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
If any more reverts happen, I'm staying out of it, but I will have the page on my watchlist. Yeepsi (talk) 05:21, 8 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Drown genre[edit]

Please stop changing the genre back to pop punk, your links do not work. I have provided cites that class the song as alternative rock and that allows the genres to stay that way. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Zafire94 (talkcontribs) 16:56, 12 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

As I've said in the summary, UTG is not a RS. Also, I've added a working link. As a side note, I don't think "Drown" is pop punk, but we go with what the source says. Yeepsi (talk) 16:57, 12 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

We The Kings new album[edit]

Seeing as you edit the we the kings article a lot. I thought that I would give you a heads up that I'm currently creating the album article in a sub-page. As of right now its mostly just a copy of the section from the WTK article. There's still a lot of work that needs to be done before it remotely ready to be but in the mainspace. If you want to work on it also feel free to edit and add things.--Dcheagletalkcontribs 21:22, 29 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi & thanks[edit]

Hey Yeepsi. Been meaning to drop by and say hi for a while now, particularly whenever I see you follow up an article I've nominated with a mention at WP The Beatles. You're super-thorough as always. Only thing is, I'm starting to get embarrassed by the posts on the project page: because all my noms seem to get roundly ignored by reviewers! (If not ignored, then – to my continued, utter mystification – quick-failed. I see from the above you've recently been Calvin-ated also …)

Anyway, hope you're well, Y. Good call on those two McCartney tracks just now, btw. I agree – there just wasn't enough notability in the info provided to justify dedicated song articles. Ditto "Oo You", in fact. Best, JG66 (talk) 05:40, 7 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hello[edit]

Hello Yeepsi. I would just like to thank you for your creation of the article List of emo pop albums. I noticed Vessel was on there by Twenty One Pilots - maybe it would be a good idea to include Blurryface? I don't know where I could find a reference for it though.

EDIT: If possible, also their debut album? I know the bassist and drummer were different but I'd argue it falls into that genre.

Kindest regards,

Chesnaught555 (talk) 10:57, 23 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

If there's a reliable source that states the albums are emo pop, then sure. Although, I couldn't find any RS reviews for their self-titled when I looked a while back. Yeepsi (talk) 11:05, 23 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

OK, thanks for your help.
