- 49.50.164.83 (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · filter log · WHOIS · RDNS · RBLs · http · block user · block log) Proxy used by LTA Wikipedia:Long-term abuse/Belteshazzar. That page says "They often return to previously used proxy IP addresses once blocks on them expire suggesting that they have a fairly limited pool of IPs at their disposal. Such IPs can probably be blocked for long periods without risk of disrupting legitimate editors." Also consider a temporary range block that cover the other IPs reported at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Belteshazzar. Guy Macon (talk) 05:54, 19 May 2023 (UTC)
