This list of the tallest buildings in Nashville ranks skyscrapers in Nashville, Tennessee by height. The tallest building in the city and the state is the AT&T Building, which rises 617 feet (188 m) in Downtown Nashville and was completed in 1994.[1] The second tallest skyscraper in the city is the Fifth Third Center, which rises 490 feet (149 m).[2]

The skyscraper first appeared in Nashville with the construction of the First National Bank Building in 1905, this building rises 168 feet (51 m) and 12 floors.[3] As of 2008, there are 106 completed high-rises in the city.

The tallest building under construction in the city is the Pinnacle at Symphony Place, which began construction in 2008; upon completion, the tower would become the fourth tallest in Nashville with a height of 417 feet (127 m).[4] As of 2008, there are 18 high-rise buildings under construction, approved for construction, and proposed for construction in Nashville.
