A mobile network operator or MNO (also known as a wireless service provider, wireless carrier, cellular company, or mobile network carrier) is a provider of wireless communications services.

The main MNOs in Europe are listed below.

Albania

Albania had in 2012 5.6 million subscribers (198% penetration rate), out of which there were 3.5 million active users (125% penetration rate). An active user is the number of users that communicated in the last three months.[1]

The regulatory authority for telecommunication in Albania is the Electronic and Postal Communications Authority.
