Angus MacDonald OBE is a Scottish businessman and Liberal Democrat politician who serves as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Inverness, Skye and West Ross-shire.
Political career[edit]
MacDonald is a businessman in the Scottish Highlands.[1] He was elected a Liberal Democrat Councillor to Highland Council for Fort William and Ardnamurchan in the council election on 5 May 2022, with 37.5% of the vote.[2][3]
MacDonald was elected as the Member of Parliament for Inverness, Skye and West Ross-shire at the 2024 general election.[4] This seat was the last one to be declared of the election as 'discrepancy' delayed the result until 6 July.[5][6]
