Babakin (Martian crater)

Template:Infobox Mars crater Babakin is a crater in the northeast of Thaumasia quadrangle of Mars, located in the northeast of Aonia Terra located southwest of Bosporos Planum and further southeast of Coracis Fossae. The crater is located at 36°S latitude and 71.44°W longitude. It is 76.66 km in diameter and was named after Babakin. Its name was approved in 1985.[1]
East is the tiny crater Kumak and further west are Pulawy and the much smaller Los, both located at Coracis Fossae.
In the mid-northeast portion inside the crater is a smaller crater named Gari, it is named for a town in Russia.
