Kuzmir is the name of a Hasidic dynasty founded by Rebbe Yechezkel Taub. Kuzmir is the Yiddish name of Kazimierz Dolny, a town in present-day Poland.
The present Kuzmir Rebbe is Rabbi Pinchas Moshe Taub, the brother of the present Modzitzer Rebbe, resurrecting the title of Kuzmir Rebbe as the Modzitzer Rebbe is a scion of the Kuzmir dynasty.
