Lohagaon is a town in Pune district, India. It is primarily known for the Pune International Airport, a domestic and international airport. it comes under Pune Municipal Corporation. This place also has an Air Force base, known as 2 wing, one of the oldest air base in India, after the Ambala Air Base. A lot of ex-servicemen reside in Lohgaon.

There is a road which connects Lohgaon and Wagholi, which in turn connects to the Ahmednagar highway. Roads from Vishrantwadi, Dhanori, Wadgaon Shinde and Wagholi meet at Lohagaon.

Pride world city in Lohagaon is an integrated township built next to DY Patil College.

Schools

Being an Indian Air Force Base, there is a Kendriya Vidyalaya No.1. Most of the students in these schools are children of defense personnel staying in New Project, Gurdwara Colony, Lohagaon. Lohagaon also has three big schools namely Mount St.Patrick Academy run by brothers of St. Patrick found in 2003, St. Joseph's Convent School and Vikhe Patil Memorial school. Disha Computer Institute.
