London Buses route 83 is a Transport for London contracted bus route in London, England. Running between Golders Green station and Ealing Hospital, it is operated by Metroline.

History

Twenty new Northern Counties Palatine bodied Volvo Olympians bought by First London for the route in 1999, were among the last non-low-floor buses bought for use in London.[1]

The Sunday daytime service was increased to every 10 minutes, with the daily evening service increased to every 12 minutes in May 2009.[2]

On 22 June 2013, route 83 was included in the sale of First London's Alperton garage to Metroline.[3][4]
