The Sagami Railway Izumino Line (相模鉄道いずみ野線, Sagami-Tetsudō Izumino-sen) is a railway in Japan owned by the private railway operator Sagami Railway (Sōtetsu). It connects Futamatagawa in Yokohama to Shōnandai in Fujisawa.

Service pattern

Limited-stop "Rapid" services stop at every station on this line. Most trains run through to and from Yokohama on the Sagami Railway Main Line.

History

The first section of the line, between Futamatagawa and Izumino, opened on April 8, 1976, with Izumi-chūō station opening on April 4, 1990. A further extension to Shōnandai opened on March 10, 1999.
