Chart positions on Pain (De La Soul song)

Why did you add clearly false chart positions to Pain (Song)? Any actual test of those links you added/formatted would show that the song has not charted on the Japan Hot 100, the Bubbling Under Hot 100, nor in Scotland or the UK, so why did you fabricate or not remove these? The only accurate ones are the Belgian Urban and the Mexico Ingles Airplay peaks. Please don't do this again, as you will be found out. This falls under the category of WP:Vandalism. Also, if a song has entered on a chart that does not list an actual number next to it, as below 50 on the Ultratip chart in Belgium, you cannot apply a number to it by counting down the list. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
