Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Columbina Rural Service Center, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Kadoma. Proposed deletion of Mutuke Clan

[edit]

The article Mutuke Clan has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

sources do not mention the subject and no reliable sources can be easily found to support existence of the topic

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. – Fayenatic London 20:51, 22 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. • Wikipedia:Writing_better_articles
  • The characters used to mark text as bold are ''' not ’’’.
  • When giving sources (<ref>…</ref>), you may use templates, like {{Cite Web}}. They'll produce a nice, structured output. A utility is available to fill all the fields in the "Cite" menu, "Templates".
  • Try to include information that has real value. Geographical coordinates definetly are not one of these in an article that contains nearly nothing else.
  • See Wikipedia:Notability

Ways to improve Mopani Primary School

[edit]

Hi, I'm Wikimpan. Jaisondlovu, thanks for creating Mopani Primary School!

I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. Use Template:Cite web for references, not plain links! Also don't remove Stub marker from a stub article.

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse. Wikimpan (talk) 00:56, 18 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

You tagged a draft article for proposed deletion. Please do not tag draft articles for proposed deletion. It is a deletion method used only for articles in article space. If you want to have the article deleted because you no longer want to work on improving it, you may instead tag it for speedy deletion. Robert McClenon (talk) 22:13, 9 January 2016 (UTC) In particular, G7 applies, since you are the only contributor to the article other than reviewers who have declined it. Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice to inform you that a tag has been placed on Silobela (parliamentary constituency) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Emotionalllama (talk) 23:19, 23 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Thanks for contributing to the article Silobela (parliamentary constituency) ‎. However, one of Wikipedia's core policies is that material must be verifiable, by being clearly attributed to reliable sources, preferably using inline citations. Please help by adding more sources to the article you edited, and/or by clarifying how the sources already given support the material (see here for how to do inline referencing). Thanks! P.S. If you need any help, you can look at Help:Contents/Editing Wikipedia or ask at Wikipedia:New contributors' help page, or just ask me. Kuru (talk) 12:19, 24 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

There seem to be many warnings on this page, but I'm seeing the same errors repeated over and over again. If you're not clear on what a reliable source is, please feel free to ask. For example, the "Liquid Search" link you are adding as a reference for your article is simply material copied from anther Wikipedia article (as credited at the bottom of that page). As such, it is not acceptable as a source. Kuru (talk) 12:19, 24 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

List of Zimbabweans

[edit]

Hi! Thanks for adding Morgan Mahanya to the list. In future, when adding people to lists on Wikipedia, please make sure to check how the list is sorted (usually alphabetically by last name but not always) and make sure to put your entry in order so other people don't have to correct it later. Also if the list includes metadata like year of birth or other information (again check the other entries to see what they have), please take a minute to put that in as well. It makes the list much more complete for readers. Thanks! ♠PMC(talk) 12:32, 8 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm Zackmann08. Thank you for your recent contributions to Mutange Dam. I noticed that when you added the image to the infobox, you added it as a thumbnail. In the future, please do not use thumbnails when adding images to an infobox (see WP:INFOBOXIMAGE). What does this mean? Well in the infobox, when you specify the image you wish to use, instead of doing it like this:

|image=[[File:SomeImage.jpg|thumb|Some image caption]]

Instead just supply the name of the image. So in this case you can simply do:

|image=SomeImage.jpg.

There will then be a separate parameter for the image caption such as |caption=Some image caption. Please note that this is a generic form message I am leaving on your page because you recently added a thumbnail to an infobox. The specific parameters for the image and caption may be different for the infobox you are using! Please consult the Template page for the infobox being used to see better documentation. Thanks! An article you recently created, Mutuke, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. ArbCom 2022 Elections voter message

[edit]

Hello! Voting in the 2022 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 12 December 2022. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2022 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 01:12, 29 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Your draft article, Draft:Mutuke

[edit]

Hello, Jaisondlovu. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or draft page you started, "Mutuke".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thank you for your submission to Wikipedia! Hey man im josh (talk) 16:49, 30 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
